I took a tour of the property recently, and I couldn't be happier. The buildings as well as the community were very clean. Staff was very knowledgeable and quick to get back to me when I had questions. All of the employees that I had met during my tour were very nice as well. I can't wait to move in.

We have lived in the Beaumont Trace community for 2.5 years. Unfortunately, about 4-5 months ago we had some boisterous loud neighbors move in upstairs. after continuous complaints with only about 1/3 of them being responded to we were instructed to call the police non-emergency line. the police never responded to the noise complaints and we never found a resolution to our issue so we began persuing other places to live. We finally heard from Chloe who works in our front office she told us she had spoken with the tenants upstairs but was unable to do more than that. We continue to have issues and

The Pros- The area is great the apartments are nice you feel safe and there very good at getting to maintenance.
Cons- they consistently mess up on my rent its very annoying having to call every other month just to have them fix things when I pay my rent fully and early every single month. your forced to pay for cable and internet that they give you even if your internet doesn't work good and you want to get your own they still make you pay theres. Also check all windows before moving in I never used the windows because its usually hot but when I finally did looked like theres a mildew or

Totally rude and uncaring front office personnel. Lived there for 9 months and whenever you went to the front office to discuss process to renew or give notice that we would be moving out, depending on who you talked to there was a different answer. Plus, the emergency weekend number in the lease is wrong. Lots of apartments in Beaumont. Avoid this one

We moved here fifteen months ago when we moved to the area. Not knowing the area, we always rent before buying. This place was perfect. We weren't staying long-term, but still wanted a nice place. Enough amenities, gated, pool, exercise room, play area for kids and common area to use. The grounds are maintained well and residents are respectful of each other.
This is largely attributed to the manager Laura and her team. They are always out and about on the complex. They see who comes in and out. Also, if something needs fixing they get right on it.
