During Low and High seasons we also offer a discounted rate for stays over 30 days. A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be charged at the time of booking and will be returned within two weeks of departure providing no damage or lost items occured to the condo. In the event of damage or lost items, an account of the replacement and/or repair costs will be provided and the amount deducted from the damage deposit.

Kihei Rd., turn onto Kaiau' St., just north of Kama'ole I. This secluded 3-acre park at the north end of Kam I sits off the main drag in a residential area.
Maui is home to many great restaurants offering a variety of cuisines in a variety of locations. Great food, great atmosphere. Get a seat at the bar in the evening where you get a great view out the window and you get to enjoy the live band that sets up in the lounge most nights. Get a seat on the patio for lunch and enjoy the expansive view.
Snorkel sites here are listed from north to south, starting at the northwest corner of the island. Marine Life Conservation District has a superb reef for snorkeling. When conditions are calm, it's one of the island's best spots with tons of fish and colorful corals to observe. The coral formations on the right side of the bay are particularly dramatic and feature pink, aqua, and orange varieties.

OMG, This place was amazing. We didn't want to leave so Beautiful and Relaxing. What a view we had.. I like to give a Special shout out to our wonderful Guest Agent Keana Ball, She went above and beyond to help us with a issue with Expedia with our Room and got us all squared away so quickly so we could start our Vacation. Great place to stay when visiting the islands. .5 miles from Wailea Beach at a fraction of the cost of the resorts, with all the comforts of home. The Grand Wailea will run on average 1800 per night, for a 2 queen hotel room. We paid less than 300 a night and had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It's a no brainer.

Arrived for a late check-in and the staff member at the reception (Amy) was very nice and helpful *thumbs up there*
Getting to the building was not that easy at night time since the area is not well lit but we got some help from the security guard. Once we found our apartment, it was a cozy 2 bed 2 bath set up with a balcony, a shared kitchen/dining and living room area. There was AC in each room including the living room which is a must in Hawaii :)
The Cons:
1) the place can use some remodeling as it seems a little out of date (bath tub and tiles, sink, kitchen appliances, bed frames, etc

The condos are privately owned so each will be in a different condition Excellent service at the site management office. The development is beautifully lush and tropical and well maintained.
Ours was very clean and pleasant enough, though one bedroom ac unit was not really functioning well.
Excellent restaurant nearby, in walking distance - Monkeypod Kitchen.
It's an expensive place generally, but condos offer much better value than the hotels, unless you have money to burn.
There is a free resort shuttle bus until 10pm - tips appreciated.

Staying here is staying in paradise! Our place is amazingly well-kept in all aspects- I also never feel the need to wear sandals or shoes in the house. The views are not beachside, but still breathtaking for views of the ocean, including sunrise and sunset. Area is also quiet and well-kept. Love that there's two stories and a patio.
