Services
We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

THANKS GOD I AM MOVING SOON! If you are thinking in living here forget about having guests! “Visitor parking” is only 10 spots for the whole community all who park there are RESIDENTS not visitors who move their own cars to keep the spot (I saw it). Not even your family can come and stay for a vacation it is a headache the parking after 10 pm. I have been trying to address this issue with the management and they do not care. My friends car was towed, my husband new car. Not counting 2 weeks ago neighbors car where broken and a car was stolen.

Forget about having guest over, they signed with a towing company to take the cars and there’s only like 10 spot for guests that are always occupied. So expect have your car taking away!! I see that I am not the only one that posts a review about this issue, so it would be great that instead just answering the reviews, actually work and make more spots for visitors

From start to finish Monica made it easy! I was recommended by my sister and I’m glad I made the choice, the community is beautiful and clean, quiet, and in a great location right next to everything! I recently dealt with the leasing agent, Monica, and she was SOOOOOO helpful, friendly, and insightful. It was with her caring hand that my fiancé and I decided to rent there, even though they were not the price leader. We instantly felt like part of the community and I am beyond pleased that we were able to deal with Monica and receive the care, patience, and attention to detail that we needed.

I'm not a resident but today I was visiting my friend there and we was next to my friend garage and my car was in the parking next to us and the new towing service indirectly kick us out because we don't have the resident sticker and we tell him we was there we not gone stay and he said you have to move it or I have to tow it. It not make sense if you visiting your friend you have a hour schedule for visiting and if the clock hit the 10:30 you not gone see your car out side because he gone tow it. So people if you got a friend living there you better watch out.

I just moved out after a year and a half there. Yovania and Maria at the office were understanding and responsive to my needs as I extended my lease to accommodate my house purchase. They were always kind and welcoming to me and my daughter.
Xavier was super helpful during routine maintenance as well as the move out process. As I was cleaning the apartment to move out I noticed an item I'd forgotten, way up at the top of the cabinet after I'd moved all ladders and stools out, he came and got it for me.
The team goes above and beyond to help and makes you feel like family.

From the moment we’ve moved in, the staff at Sonoma Pointe have been very welcoming. Monica and Yovania are the best! They are both very kind and extremely helpful.
The gated community is quite, well kept and clean. Thank you to Xavier and Rafael who are always working hard to maintain the property and keep it looking beautiful.
My family has enjoyed living here so far! We appreciate the staff for all your hard work, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. This is an excellent place to live!
