Good things:
-The place looks great, clean, new and fresh.
-The Parking places are more organized now.
-Manager's response times have been improving a lot.
Room for improvement:
-Fans in the Living room AND Bedroom are connected to other apartments and it's hard to use as you wish when the other apartment is using it too. For example, if you want to turn on the fan and the other person doesn't, it's a struggle and someone has to give up.
-The living room area is very dark, there's a lamp needed there.
-Washing machines break very often.
-Front door of the facilities breaks a lot as well
