Move, balance, stretch and flow through this mixed level class suitable for all levels.
Concentration on alignment and use of the breath allows you to step away from your busy life and move into the present moment. If you've always wanted to try Hot Yoga but are new to the practice, this class is a great way to experience hot yoga with slow and simple postures. Strengthen your body and soul through this spirited level 2 practice that combines vigorous vinyasa and creative asana connections to awaken your inner fire.

Services
I'm the sole owner and operator of Yoga On Main. I am an Alliance Certified 500 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor with 21 years of yoga experience. I took my 200 hr teacher training in Pittsburgh at Yoga Hom in Robinson Township and my 500 hr with the Himalayan Institute in Mount Lebanon, PA. I am a life long resident of the Ohio Valley, nourturing a thriving yoga community right here in our home town.

Sue’s studio is a relaxing and beautiful space. The lighting is my absolute favorite!!!! Classes at Yoga on Main are equivalent to therapy, allowing one to step away from a hectic life and focus on one’s mind and body. Keep up the amazing work, Sue, Michelle and Barb! I was skeptical about doing yoga at first. I have always been a contact sports girl and I absolutely love it. It helps with my anxiety so much. I have made some great relationships and feel so comfortable going there even during COVID. I highly recommend this studio!! :)
