We worked with Chip Madsen and had a great experience. He was ultra responsive and assisted us with a challenge when our first buyer walked the day of closing. They were very well equipped to assist with addressing that buyer and he worked very hard to entire time to help with the sale. We would definitely use Chip again for any purchases are sales.

Purchased a $1.35 million home from this Broker. Per the Purchase Agreement, the Washer and Dryer was to remain with the home. Surprise, surprise...there was no washer and dryer when we moved in. So I call Ivan's Agent who represented the Buyer and let her know and she said she would have the washer and dryer returned. I said "No problem" and we arranged a day and time for it to be re-delivered to the house. I later get a text from the agent that I need to make sure that the water is turned off at the MAIN though...hmmm. Weird. So I have my husband check it out, and sure enough,

(; Or who will follow up and call you next day - in Sunday- just to make sure you get all the info you need for your buyer... Very professional, client-oriented, knowledgeable and helpful agents and just very nice people! Highly recommend them!

I just wanted to update my review to include our amazing experience of buying a home with Ashley Lazarus of Shapiro and Sher. When we first started looking at homes, we didn't know what area we wanted to live in, what we could afford, or if we wanted a new construction home or not. I would give these guys zero stars if I could - they are extremely dishonest. All of their reported sales prices are actually list prices, usually much higher than the actual closing price. They say that they lie about the reported sales price because of client confidentiality . The fact is that the numbers are all public record and can be found by anyone anywhere - assessor's page, zillow, redfin, etc... In further, if they aren't going to report the correct sales prices for the purpose of confidentiality, then why report a sales price at all? A simple "Sold!" would be

Very negative experience, opposite to all our expectations. After a couple of months, their attention to us as a client and to our listing was minimal at best. They showed the house only 5 times in the first 6 months and then never again At our request, we met with our realtor (Florence Shapiro) in month 7 and in month 10. First meeting produced an open house in month 8, at which not one of their 500 invited showed up.
