However, we are NOT "Heritage Cremation Provider, " nor are we affiliated with any mortuary, corporation, "network of providers, " or chain of funeral homes in any way. We do not have a 1-800 telephone number or use an answering service to answer our phone.

When my mother passed unexpectedly I had zero experience with arranging for someone's post-death steps. Chad was the kindest gentleman who held my hand every step of the way, and answered all of my questions about the process: how we knew we were getting back Mom's remains, when everything would happen, what types of urns were available, and on and on. Margaret brought my mother's cremated remains to me and provided an unbelievable amount of comfort during a very difficult time. I am certain that both Chad and Margaret took the best care of my mother after her passing and I am very touched that

I have known Chad for years and he has helped and comforted our family during two tragic times of loss. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

We have previous experience with the staff. Top notch service at all times. These guys showed up at 1:00 am for my deceased mother in full suit and tie and guided us step by step through the funeral process and laid the costs on the table in simple terms. Exactly what we needed during our time of grief!
