Joseph Pilates believed that through the practice of his method of exercise anyone could uniformly develop his or her body, mind and spirit. By carrying on the Classical Pilates method, Julia wants to help you find that uniform development of your body, mind and spirit so that you can breathe deeper, flex your spine in all directions and enjoy overall health.
Services
I started doing Pilates after a friend suggested it as a great way to get in shape. But I quickly realized the method could offer me more. After practicing Pilates three times a week for two years, I decided the next step was to become an instructor. Not only did I want to make my own practice stronger, but also bring the health, joy and peace I found through Pilates to others.
All sessions include a prepared lesson plan and post-lesson note taking to track each client's progress. Clients can expect to grow in strength, flexibility, balance and body-mind awareness through a regular Pilates practice. Multiple private sessions per week or one-on-one sessions combined with class is recommended.
