I've lived here for 12 years. When I first moved in, I wasn't happy but 8-9 years ago the owners started making it bette. We have three bathrooms, so that is nice.

Tera was great from start to finish. Making sure I had everything I wanted and needed from the time I moved in until the time I moved out. Always trying to make sure I was happy and satisfied. The maintenance guy Jose was great as well always fast and on top of it whenever I had a problem. Thanks for my experience at 900 West.

This place is very nice! It is clean and quite. It is a perfect neighborhood. The finishing is amazing including new carpet, great painting and remodeling. Leasing was very smooth. Tera from the leasing office helped us with the paperwork, touring, and she supported us from the beginning to complete the paperwork to get the unit of our choice.

Update: After talking with Tera, she clarified everything and I received my deposit.
I moved out and received a Move Out Statement with confusing numbers and late fee that doesn't apply and they are not giving me my $300 deposit back even though the apartment had no damage and I always paid on time as agreed.
They ask you to respond to that notice within 7 days and by certified mail making it difficult. I have sent emails and left VM and no answer. So, once you move out there is no response.
I sent my letter claiming my deposit back by certified mail like they asked and willing to file a small

We moved here from Colorado right at the start of the Covid epidemic and needed to find a place quickly. They worked with us and got us in a place within a week ( amazing!). We have enjoyed living here! The staff is amazing, quick to answer questions and concerns. The maintenance guy is great and very responsive.
Update: We were able to qualify to buy a home, unfortunately, due to Covid and some other factors our closing was pushed out. We reached out to 900 West Townhomes to see if they would work with this and they didn't even question it and said they would

We have been in Michigan, and at 900 West, for almost 1 year. The staff worked with us over phone and by email from out of state and were very helpful, answering all of our questions about the area. The townhouse is roomy and the layout is great. Shopping and a bus stop are very close by. Just a short jaunt from the freeway. Strong high speed internet connection for those who work at home.
Any maintenance requests are dealt with quickly, and the maintenance staff are respectful of special requests like shoe coverings in the home. There is always an email from the office staff after a maintenance

We have lived at 900West for almost three years and my family and I are extremely pleased. We moved here from NC, and the staff was very helpful with the application process and made it easy for us to focus on the move.
In comparison to the surrounding comparable properties, not only can you see the difference in environment and upkeep, but you can also feel it! It definitely sets me and my wife at ease when our kids play outside.

Maintenance staff is super friendly and very expedient! My HVAC was making a whirring noise and maintenance came right over at a time convenient for me (I work remote from home) and replaced a valve which stopped the noise! No fuss needed with an outside vendor, and very knowledgeable and friendly maintenance staff. Thank you to Joe and Violet!

Its wonderful. They offered me a bunch of solid lease deals to pick from. They've been reaching out the community to get people interacting. They have responded well to suggestions and request for help or maintenance. And even though Covid sucks, they've done there best to stay optimistic for us. I really hope this post helps. I've been know to look for the good in most things but this is a sincere one for sure. Making good memories, meeting great people, and being part of a community are the only things that kept me going in 2020.

We lived there for four years. During that time, we struggled with hard times. They always worked with us and showed us compassion and respect. The office staff and maintenance are so awesome. We stayed in an older townhome so we had some issues but the staff and maintenance always took care of things as soon as possible. Loved the community activities they would have and we had the best neighbors and developed lasting relationships. Always felt safe in our home.

Not worth! If you like to be lied to have your rent increased yearly and have terrible service then you have come to the right place... otherwise I cannot recommend. At first glance the place looks nice and seems to be in a good location, until you realize the area has bad crime problems and the properties are poorly kept. Service is a joke here, the office will not call or email you with problems, instead they leave notes on your door... how fun. I didn't realize this is the third grade and we still haven't learned how to talk to people yet. Joking aside the appliances are terribly old

They can't hold on to their staff. Three different office secretary's in the last two years, and they're on their second property manager.
Their last maintenance guy was terrible. It took us two years of constant nagging to get our ac *fixed. It's working now but the house won't go below 74 on an 80 degree day. Our electric bill is crazy because the ac unit runs nonstop. They've been here at least a dozen times for that problem alone. The have one good maintenance guy named Rene, who is horrendously
