Peaceful and pleasant. Family setting. Away from town, countryside of Seguin

We spent five months at Stone Cross while we hunted for a home. They were not only accommodating but the management is attentive and responsive. We appreciated how clean and safe the park felt since we have four kids. If you can snag a spot, plan on staying a while!! You won’t want to leave.

My wife and I lived in this great little park I believe about a year and a half. We never had any issues, and if issues with other tenants who felt they were special and the rules didn’t apply to them arose, well let’s just say that the Management of Rachael, and Kyle dealt with it swiftly. We lived here for 2 years during COVID. No overnighters.This is probably one of the best parks we have lived in. Rachel is amazing and keeps the park in the best shape. Only the best people live here. There's a wait list for a reason. Rachel likes to screen everyone before they enter the park so it's safe for families. Once you live there you become part of the family. There is church on Sunday and if you need help it's always available. Respect the rules if you want to stay. I am a former resident that lived at Stone Cross RV Park for 2 years. The staff is great, the park is clean, and the residents are nice. The grass never got tall, the park was always clean, the staff respondent very quickly and nicely to any questions I had. The park manager is very accommodating with anything that needs to be installed outside the trailer and was always willing to lend a helping hand if needed. Overall a great experience the entire time I lived there and would definitely recommend this amazing park to a friend!

Nice. Quiet RV Park. If you like a Country atmosphere. We love it here

Not dog friendly. Clean from front entrance, but trasher the further you get to the back of the RV facility. It becomes cluttered from the other long term RV tenants. Management has a lot to be desired. Management will evict you, even when they are informed of prior notice, based on their lease agreement without warning. I do not recommend that RV park for long-term living or people who have multiple pets. We are living in a pet friendly RV park now that accommodates all my necessities without any complaints by the landlord or owners.

I've lived here almost a year and I love the environment. Trustworthy people, beautiful sunsets, kind and accommodating management (Nancy and Rachel), what's not to love? Rent is on par with other parks around the area, and the community is great. Laundry facilities, rec room, fresh eggs. Perfect spot for my little family. Long term, or temporary, Stone Cross Ranch is special!

Quiet country setting with easy access to Seguin . The office manager Rachel is amazing and worked to get us into a spot for our month long stay. Fresh Eggs and a catch and release pond to fish in. Rec Room, Laundry Facilities, Restroom and Vending Machines. This is a long term stay park, not for overnighters.
