An amazing place to stay if you enjoy peaceful days and good neighbors. Close to good ol San Antonio and New Braunfels without the traffic.

Very clean and neat. Lots of long-term and Winter Texans, but every site was well kept. Looks like it would be crowded due to all the mature trees, but it was actually easy enough to navigate to the short term sites. Most short term sites (including ours) are pull through, but our site did require you to back out of it due a tree near the front. Easy enough to back straight out and then drive out to leave. Ours was plenty long enough for our truck and fifth wheel. Full hookups are close to the rear of site. Plenty of "yard" space with a picnic table. Our particular site had a long-term resident

They called to make sure we were on our way and met us at the entrance. They helped us get our RV into the spot and hooked up. Very friendly park with great amenities.

I wish I could give it a 5. However the points I am going to share are what made me give it a 2. First the wonderful aspects of the RV park.
- It is inexpensive. But you get what you pay for.
- there are trees and a great walking path and doggy park.
- fabulous fish pond
- there is a fabulous lady who works the grounds. If you see a sweet lady with long blond hair. Rebecca, say hello and give her a smile, she is precious.
Now the negative things to watch out for.
- all sites are uneven and very close to others. I mean all.
-their sewage connections are not what you are use too, a good wind

This is a very nice RV park. Many of the spaces are pull throughs. Most of the people parked there are long term or permanent residents. They have a cute little store, a nice laundromat, an area for long term storage and an excellent club house. The people who are parked here are friendly. This is a nice place to live for those of us who live in RVs!

This place is a community. Most people here are full-timers who are there year round which is why it's tough to get a spot. Get on the waitlist and be persistent. The internet is not good, so you will have to set up your own service. My reception was limited because of the area/trees. My lot was spacious and had plenty of space and shade. The neighbors were friendly and willing to offer advice or help. I will say, that I had a problem with mice in my trailer while I was there. The trailer didn't have them when I moved in, but I did live next to the storage units and of course in a nature type area

Lived here for just under 2 years. The owner and most of the park staff are wonderful people. Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Emily are caring ladies that really work with you on things. We were here when Covid hit and having the basket ball court and the nature trail to take my son to was a life saver. They kept everything clean during the pandemic and we were still comfortable going into the club houses and camp bathrooms. Large dog park area with HUGE shade trees. They're use to full time residents, they have a mail system set up and no issues with setting up your outside area with larger items (grills

This is a great RV park, with clubhouses, a nature trail, a great dog run area, and good shower and laundry facilities. They have activities, especially during the winter time.
Some of the front office staff are not the best, but some are fantastic.
But the one thing that gets them only 4 stars is they do not allow you to wash your car. If they fixed that, it would be 5 stars.

I lived there full time 8 months in Summer of 2017- Spring of 2018 They never judge me based off my age as I was 20 yrs old when I started to live there. I was the youngest person that lived there but it didn’t matter everyone was so sweet and to my knowledge no one had a problem with me.
The people who live there are a very tight community when a young couple’s trailer burnt down everyone was offering ways to help them. Multiple people would search daily for the couple’s missing cat who did eventually come home to just say goodbye.
The dog park was my favorite! I had two dogs that loved

Swung by today to drop off my uHaul! John does not do the uHaul business anymore, but showed me where to go and even called ahead for me. Very nice guy. Even though I could not return my uHaul at his location, he was an extremely nice guy. We ended up talking for about 20 minutes. I might go back by just to hang out again!

After reading reviews on other sites, we decided to stay at this park. It doesn't have a lot of frills; no pool or playground. It does have a dog run and nature trails.
Most spaces are rented to long-term residents who are retired. They are very friendly; they appear to look out for one another and want to see the park remain nice.

Upon check-in, we were escorted to our site. The man who checked us in helped us navigate safely and helped us park. Our site was level, and we felt we had adequate space. We enjoyed the picnic table very often.

There are lots of beautiful and mature

We live right down the road and set our travel trailer up here for my mother in law who was in town. My brother in law was also in town and stayed here with his mobile home.

The staff was friendly and facilities looked clean. There was plenty of room to maneuver and spot was clean and well laid out. Was told the WiFi and bathrooms were good.
