As a rule, we recommend sewer scope inspections to everyone who is interested in purchasing a home. Very large trees around the yard and sewer line, as the roots can constrict or damage the pipe. The house was built more than 25 years ago, and could have clay sewer pipes which are easily damaged.

Excellent service; was professional and provided a well documented readable report. The use of current tools to create in-depth documentation was also appreciated (FLIR images etc).
Even took the time to demonstrate how the fancy thermostat worked which would of taken me a while. It's a small thing but beats having 1 more thing to figure out later while trying to move.
Would strongly recommend to others.

We were very impressed by PacWest, who provided our home inspection. Our technician Zach, was professional, thorough, and friendly. The report Zach provided to us was detailed, and included photographs for reference. The technician took the time to explain his findings, and also provided suggested, possible remedies when necessary, and as a courtesy. Finally, Zach followed-up with us about a week after the inspection, and again one month later. We appreciate the attentiveness to detail and the overall customer service that was provided to us. If we ever find ourselves needing another home inspection

Dylan was very detailed with his inspection be went over every inch of the house. He was very pleasant and answered any questions I had as well as gave advice on repairs. The inspection report had all the details as well as pictures. There prices were very competitive as well. I would highly recommend. His findings were clear and concise to where I was able to understand the repairs needed to deem my new property in the best condition possible.
