Just moved in yesterday and wanted to say how impressed I was with the staff and the maintenance department. I know they. I know they were super busy with all the move ins but that didn't slow them down when it came to assisting me! I love this location, very easy to get on and off of 35 and my apartment has fresh carpet and new countertops: the property itself is well taken care of.

Update: Finally had hot water! For less than a week... Now it's ice cold again. Makes no sense why, they can't find a solution to this. Was actually about to increase my rating, but its back to the no updates/terrible communication again since they can't even provide us with info to what's going on without asking in person, and even then it's the same old "we're looking into it".
Finally got an update on my no hot water/shower situation a MONTH later, and it still isn't fixed. Received an email on November 6th saying plumbers will be here and should be fixed by the end of the day. We'll, its the

The move-in process was a bit bumpy, but my partner and I are very happy living here now. The office staff is very kind and helpful and great at remembering names and faces. There were a few issues with our apartment when we first moved in, but maintenance has been diligently working to solve each problem (they are also extremely nice). It's a great complex for dogs; I have enjoyed walking my dog on the path around the complex, and there are several doggy bag stations. A bit disappointed that the amenity/fitness center is still closed, but they have very little control over that. Thank you to the

This place is cheap for a reason.. Do NOT live here. The staff is horrible. I moved out in July and i've called at least once a week about my last few bills and pet deposit (because I moved in while there was still a deposit that would be refunded) and still have not received ONE call back. Anytime I call, the new manager is never available and the other staff never know what's going on. Not only is the staff trash, but the apartments are falling apart. You don't have water and/or hot water like every other week. Appliances are broken and don't ever really get fixed unless they replace them (which

Do not move here unless you want to deal with AC and water issues CONSTANTLY. Even when it gets “fixed” it’s never really fixed. Everything is old and dusty looking. The office never answers their phone, I’ve been calling for the past two weeks since I moved out July 31st to ask about getting my deposits back and they won’t answer even though I’ve left a message. Don’t waste your time here!!!!! There are much better options for cheaper elsewhere!!!

I've only lived here for a short while, but so far so good ! The apartments are cozy and good price for the space you get. We've had a few things break but if you put "high" or "emergency" priority on the maintenance order, the guy will come almost immediately. The office staff is very nice and hasn't been rude even though I've had to call them multiple times in a row (sorry guys :-( ) Because the buildings were built in like. the 80s, they are a bit older and a little creaky. I like it.
