Definitely not worth the time or money. Receptionist really didn't care to have a customer nor was the class a good workout.

I took a Cardio Ballet class with Shannon recently. I arrived at the studio and filled out new client paperwork. Then I sat there like a bump on a log not knowing what to do next. The entire front room is Pilates machines. Lots of private instruction going on. I knew I was not here for a Pilates class so I truly didn't know where to go. Did I have the wrong day? The instructor came in and walked right past me. She didn't even know I was there for her class. Finally someone asked me why I was there and they showed me to the back room where the Cardio Ballet class takes place (I kept trying

The studio is lovely.
However, I came into the studio after picking up their "packages" info sheet advertising 8 classes for $99. The deal was good for 30 days after joining.
I was offered an appointment for the free assessment. After the assessment I expressed an interest in the $99 special. I was told by two employees that I need to buy four (4) one hour private lessons for $280
When told this is slightly out of my budget, the receptionist informed me I would be a "LIABILITY" if I joined a group class without learning all the machines and positions first, since a newcomer

Ok, so reading the comments below I decided to still give the studio a shot. And I have to say the comments are clearly outdated, perhaps even inaccurate. I have been attending the studio 4x a week for 8 weeks now and here are my comments:

1) Rose works the front desk. She is an absolute gem. With a warm greeting she will do everything she can to find a program to suit you.

2) The studio is clean and well laid out, meaning class sizes are intimate and you get to know everyone well.

3) The teachers are fantastic and very knowledgeable. I recommend Elena for reformer classes, she is meticulous

I agree with Robyn below. This was my first and only reformer class with them. They don't focus on alignment and form at all. Too many people in the class to do so. I was never asked about my health issues or my experience with Pilates. The instructor seemed too concerned with cardio on the reformer which hurt my fibromyalgia. They didn't seem to care about gaining a new client. I will go elsewhere. Two stars for the cleanliness and look of the studio.

I have been a client for three months and I've been in the health club business and played college sports so I'm tough to impress; I feel confident saying Tonka and Propilates can improve not only a person's health but the overall quality of their life.

Tonka and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and really care about their clients-I went in very cynical and after one session was a believer in Pilates and Tonka's holistic approach; to be clear I am a real client and am posting this because I truly believe Tonka could help anyone-she is currently working with a friend

I love this place. Pilates was new for me. Normally I do HITT training, spinning, weightlifting and even cross fit Unloaded but I have to say this Pilates studio was really a welcome surprise for me. The studio is very clean and the staff is just so great. Tonka, the owner, Reason and Rose are just precious! The anti-gravity class was my biggest surprise. Hanging upside down and twisting/turning in the air have a way of disappearing fear from your vocabulary. I would highly suggest everyone try this at least once. I love the Spinlates class and have to say I had no idea the reformers could target

SO happy I found propilates! I am not a fan of the typical gym setting but I am always looking for a good work out to de-stress after work and stay active. I must say, I had never done pilates before and now I crave it! Everyone is extremely nice: staff, instructors, and even other members! They are truly great at what they do and I feel confident in their hands. I have been going for about two months and I already feel a difference in my posture, strength, and overall well being. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because it is quite pricey, but then again, what studio isn't? You
