These guys went above and beyond ! I highly recommend these plumbers. James and Allen spent hours on New Year's Eve unclogging my frozen pipe. They didn't overcharge me either. If I ever need plumbing work done I'll definitely call hometown plumbing!!

Allen came out Monday morning bright and early. Good attitude, knowledgeable, and professional. Was a simple dishwasher leak. He was very helpful. Diagnosed the problem fast, and with a fair price. What I really respect out of Alan and hometown is honesty. After Allen left he checked on something and realized that he should come back and change something. Something I would have not known. He came back 20 minutes later he was done. Thank you Alan and James you were very helpful. When I'm ready for remediation I will call and get a reference from you guys.....

I had a Toto toilet that was leakin. Needed a plumber that was certified to work on it. I had them come and replace the inner parts on that toilet and 2 others.
It was expensive, but it needed to be done. Upon leaving the plumber gave me my charges and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Not sure if it is a usual practice to ask for a tip on services that are so expensive. Later I discovered he had left used parts wrapped up in one of my towels on the counter in my bathroom. I let that go, BUT 3 months later another toilet started running and the only way I could control the water is to shut

We had an exceptional experience using Hometown Plumbing. Allen was professional, kind, courteous, & wonderful to work with. He set aside all the time necessary to assess our plumbing issues, do the work needed, plus address added plumbing questions and concerns afterwards. He was not in a rush and did his job with a smile! We were happy with the whole experience from start to finish and would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems. We'll definitely use him again!

Have used Hometown for several projects. One was the installation of a pressure pump and other was repairing outside piping. James is a good honest and knowledgeable guy (owner). Will continue to use them as more plumbing projects materialize.

I might actually cry! James came in and saved my day/week! Hometown Plumbing was the SIXTEENTH plumber I called, freaking out with a stopped toilet. After hours of trying to get ahold of someone, it was now the end of the day and he was STILL able to get out there and repair it! Great, friendly service and cost efficient. Noticed our water heater was leaking late on a Wednesday afternoon. Thinking we wouldn't be able to get anyone to repair it that day, I started to call around to see who I could get the quickest. James at Hometown Plumbing answered the phone. After a description of what was going on and sending him some pictures, James made the determination to come to our house that night and repair it. He showed up at 7:00 that night and repaired the leaking pipe, but it was determined during his inspection that our water heater was shot. He gave us a very fair quote for a new water heater and came in that Friday

James and Allen were both very professional, personable and reliable. They fixed an issue with our water heater in about an hour and told us all about the issues and fixes in the process of repair. A wonderful company doing excellent work. I highly recommend.

We chose Hometown Plumbing because they could get out to us fast. Our bathroom sprung a leak and it had to be dealt with quickly. James was very attentive and straight forward. He installed a new shower enclosure and gave us a fair price for everything. We will definitely be calling him again for our plumbing needs.
