I love it here! The smoke free environment is very refreshing and the tenants are very friendly. staff is exceptional and courteous, the amenities ( clubhouse , swimming pool/ jacuzzi, central AC, walk in closet, hardwood floors) are fantastic. It is very quiet and peaceful here!!!

I love living here! Heritage Park has all the amenities that I like--a swimming pool where I can actually do laps, a clubhouse with the opportunity to make friends, and jigsaw puzzles too. There are mature trees and wandering paths for me to walk my dog. But above all, what I really treasure is how quiet it is here. It is located on East Valley Parkway which is a major thoroughfare in Escondido, but I don't hear traffic since the apartment is so well insulated. It is easy to make new friends here--the people are friendly, and many express how much they like living here too. I also am a big fan

I am giving 2 stars for communication. No one is ever around anymore. The back laundry room was vandalized a week ago. It has been non operational. No one knew what was going on with this. I tried calling the laundry company and never got to talk to anyone. So I downloaded their app and scanned all the machines in that room to see if I could get an answer. They emailed me a standard form that said it has been looked at and has been rescheduled so I guess someone has been out to see it.no sense of urgency apparently. If I have plants over growing on my patio you can believe that I will get a note

Everyone here at Heritage Park are so friendly and helpful. A lot of people have their pets with them which is nice. Our pets are our babies and they are welcomed here. There are one and two bedrooms to rent very spacious with great floor plans. I love the walk in closets and the bedrooms have a nice big window to let the breeze in! On the patio there's an extra storage space available which is great! There's a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxing with chairs. Very clean. Now what I really love are the central air and heat. I don't do summers well so that's a blessing for me! In the community center

My Guy & I have been living here Since Sept. 2016 & have been pretty happy here with the quietness of the place & the great location! We are near many great food places, CVS drug store, & the Post Office. We also love that they have put in a place where we can get our boxes stored in a locked storage place that we retrieve them & know that we got them, because we get Text or e-mail that we have a pkg & a code # to retrieve it!

This is a great complex. Very clean, newly updated which shows their commitment to this community.
However, being a55+ complex, I don’t think one disability parking space for each parking area (4 areas) is not at all sufficient. Michelle is a very competent manager, very informative and you can tell she actually loves her job, and it shows. In my opinion, the management and maintenance staff (Mario) are top of the line in heir fields.

Worst apartment complex for seniors. They shut off your water every month without notice due to leaks they can't fix. They are days to respond to service requests. They take your deposit and you never see it again. They have YOU pay for new carpets and repainting of the whole apartment even if your pets don't harm the carpet. They will flip the carpet over when you get ready to leave and show you what is underneath that you never saw when you first moved in.
So basically you are told you only need to pay for carpet cleaning and you owe nothing during the PRE MOVE OUT.
Then on the day of ACTUAL

I like living here. It's mostly quiet and the managers and repair people are professional and efficient. It would be nice to have the exercise room. But if it is not available, perhaps you could delete the photo so as not to unintentionally deceive someone. Just a thought.
