Springbrook Apartments

I have greatly enjoyed my time here! The community is pretty quiet and peaceful. And it's not too far from everything. The office staff is super friendly and very helpful. Thre only thing that I wish was different is the size of the kitchens in the townhomes. Other than that this place is pretty great!

It's only been a week but nice, clean and quiet. I appreciate there's an off-site place for recycling. Management and maintenance have been helpful as well.
Super pleased with the Springbrook so far.

Rude staff was hiding in the office when i went to ask questions they were so rude wouldnt pick up the phone the black lady deonia her name super mean and the head manager is just as rude they act as if they own that place and customer service stinks they need better Management

There have been constant problems since being here. Multiple packages have gone missing of ours. There are rude and loud inconsiderate neighbors, and you can’t forget the dumpster that is constantly overflowing. When we moved in, the apartment was dirty, and it’s looks like the people who cleaned it didn’t take the time to really care about what they were doing. It feels like our concerns are not being dealt with here. Very disappointing.

We like our house and our neighbors just fine. They're all polite and friendly. The on-site maintenance crew is prompt and professional. The noise though, its so constant. We can't go three days without someone hammering on our building or running an entirely unmuffled pressure washer or a carpet cleaning van parking out front and running all day with, again, no muffler. Weekly, there are leaf blowers running for 8 hours/day. I brought this up once with management (the need for mufflers on pressure washers) and was told as condescendingly as possible that mufflers for pressure washers didn't exist

Love our apartment. Glenda is a great manager!!! We looked at several apartments in Renton and Kent and are so happy we chose Springbrook.

We lived here for close to 2 years. It was perfect for our live in work setup. 2 bed and 2 bath upstair with a half bath downstairs. We setup our office in the living room. We used the dinning room for photoshoots. We used the garage for production shipping and packaging. Parking can be a tight from time to time . Community is pretty safe, not once did we see any kind of first responders. No packages missing from door step. Maintenance man is on duty daily. They respond to issues prompt. Only thing we did not like was the grounds keepers blowing the blower while trying to take naps 😇

Its Very clean everyone I encountered is nice the staff are amazing it has a nice pool, workout room and I love the movie room and you can even rent out the club house.
