Mostly excellent place to live. The grounds are gorgeous with fantastic landscaping, the plants are beautiful and wonderfully aromatic. Ample parking and a small pool and hot tub, and units are spacious and each has a sizable garage. The location is very nice, it’s quiet up here and is close to some nice places to walk. It’s convenient to drive downtown from here, or to get on the 101.
My lone complaint is that the unit itself seems cheaply appointed in certain areas - the blinds and windows especially, and there’s no overhead lighting in bedrooms. You have to use the bottom plug in the

The Boulders at Fountain Grove is simply the best apartment rental experience I’ve ever had. Debbie and her staff are the epitome of professional, and they will do everything in their power to ensure you’re at home and happy within their community. Once you walk onto the grounds, you see the landscaping is meticulously kept, and the interior of the apartments certainly lives up to the hype. There is absolutely nothing I can say negative about The Boulders. This is simply the best Santa Rosa has to offer. 10/10 would rent from again.
