My husband and stopped by there and ordered 2 frappes They were supposed to have candy sprinkles on them, mine was Mounds and my husbands was Reese’s The lady made our drinks took our money. When we got our drinks they didn’t have any candy pieces because they were out of them. Should have refused them

I looked up coffee shops in westland, and chose this place without knowing it was in the mall, as I was meeting someone. Friendly service. Wished there was more decaf options that were sugar free - attendent recommend unsweetened iced ice which was good. They didn't have fresh lemon, which is why I don't give 5 stars. Friendly service. If needing to meet in area would def go again vs a chain.

I went by today but I was shopping at Westland mall. The first time I passed by the coffee shop, there was a short lady with dark hair on the phone. I didn’t want to bother her so I just passed by. She was the only one working behind the counter. I came back and hour later, walked up to the counter and she was still on the phone. I said “oh… Are you too busy to make me something?“. She said “yes… I need to take this call can you come back later ?”. I couldn’t believe my ears… so arrogant.

I come there everytime I'm at the mall today 3/10/18 I forgot my card in my jacket in my car and they already made my drink before being cashed out man who took my order was pissed at me... I told him I would be back and didn't care if it was watery from sitting.... I came back and the man through away my drink and told me the drink looked Disgusting I replied I told you I would have taken it either way because u already made it.... He replied well since you made me waste I'm charging you for a large and a small..... Never heard of that... Also for the fact #1 you made the drink before the purchase
