Our coaches start with themselves. Weekly education meetings, team workouts, and an ethos of each effort pulling that 1% change into tomorrow's effort, keep our staff driving forward. Fitness, to professional, exists as an opportunity to break barriers, show what's possible, and examine the fabric of a client's being.
While it doesn't take a number on your back, a ball in your hand, or a scoreboard on the wall, being a fitness leader and a fitness teammate means showing up. It's coming to your workout when you're tired, when you're unmotivated. It's being a member of something larger than you in order to be a better you.
The semi-private coaching in Small Group Training, combined with the high octane energy of Large Group Training, gives members a comprehensive fitness solution. One gym with one focus: you. With class sizes of up to 20 members, the large group program's focus is Athletic Conditioning. We challenge your current cardio fitness through short periods of activity and rest.
These workouts are built to challenge you in several ways with efficiency and energy the key building blocks. Our general recommendation is to get 3 days of FOCUS Workouts your first week, then add a 4th your second week, plus at least 4 days of Large-Group Training. The workouts are different Monday - Friday, so try as many different workouts as possible.

I cannot support a business that is owned by someone like Justin Holle. I can't speak to my experience with the rest of the e3 staff, but Justin has been extremely vocal about his distaste for poor people in a very public way, and I can only hope that his sponsors and that e3 patrons end up seeing the videos of his speech where he slams people who can't afford bikes. We do not need people like Justin having a leading voice in our fitness community. He is toxic, classist, and I hope that people will think twice before supporting his business.

If you are willing to commit to a life changing fitness program, this is the place for you. Justin and Abbe are phenomenal. Their knowledge and efficient training practices GUARANTEE results. They hire amazing staff that align with their beliefs and not only offer highly intense workouts but focus on proper form, ground up strength and balance so injuries are avoided. This is an amazing lifestyle change if you want it to be. You have to be prepared mentally and physically, so get sleep and work on a healthy diet which they will help walk you through. They offer you keys to the Ferrari, you just

If motion is lotion, e3 is the very genesis of Aloe Vera. After years of being away, and entering again with a body/back that needed these workouts I immediately remember why I love this place the way I do. e3 is ALIVE with ENERGY, PASSION, HEART and yeah SWEAT!! 4 classes in and I've never felt better. 42 going on 26!

E3 Fitness is a life changing gym. Literally.
It is fairly easy to say "I'm going to start going to the gym", however it's really hard to define the "what" or the "why" behind that decision, let alone fully commit. For some, it might be losing weight, getting across the finish line of a big race, or maybe it's just something to do in your spare time. For me, it was becoming the best version of myself before 30. As a proxy, I leveraged mountain biking and cross country racing as my measurable goal.
Over the last year of my membership at e3, I have completely changed my body, my mind, and my attitude

Hands down the best gym in the Platt Park/Wash Park area for group fitness and small group training. All the trainers are excellent and their personal attention has helped take my fitness to a whole new level making my body feel ten years younger when skiing, biking or playing hockey. Awesome community too!

I absolutely love this gym. The small and large group fitness classes are the best I've ever taken. Prefect location right off I-25 on south Broadway and close to Wash Park as well!! The trainers are top notch and the community of members are awesome!! I highly recommend to anyone looking to get in the best shape of their life.

As a physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach I found it hard to find a gym where I agreed with their philosophy. I have worked out with E3 for 3 years and can't say enough about the gym, the coaches, the programing, the members, and their support for the community. Not only are the group fitness workouts hard and effective, but they are fun. The type of fun that is exhausting, but you will thank yourself for later and then can't wait to go again. If you are looking for a great workout in the Wash Park / Platte Park area this is your place.

This is the BEST gym in Denver!!! I have been going to e3 since 2016 and there is no better place to workout. Justin and Abbe have created the best experience possible for a person to achieve their physical goals.
But there is more....The rest of the team is awesome! Emily and Emily are supportive and encouraging. The e3 community involvement is beyond compare to any other gym.
If you are looking for a place that will challenge you, encourage you and help you thrive; e3 is the place! Check out the 2 week trial membership.

Two years later and we are still madly in love with e3. These guys are passionate about fitness, and their drive is contagious. They work very hard to make the classes and small group sessions challenging, yet achievable.
They go way outside of the classes and they also help each individual to live a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, attitude, and recovery. This is where I am their biggest challenge, as my love for tacos and tequila along with my old age and injuries make me a bit more difficult to work with at times.

I've been going to e3 for a few months now and I have to say that I really enjoy it and it has helped me stay consistent with my fitness. The facility is modern, the staff is wonderful, and the classes are perfectly designed for a quick but effective workout. e3 offers two primary approaches to their classes, a small group format and a large group format. These are called e3 and TEAM respectively. They have recently modified their small group classes and I haven't tried the new version yet but my understanding is that it is an improvement and I have only heard great things about it.

I have been a member of this awesome gym for over two years, and never was I so consistent with my fitness as I am now. Their small group training classes offer camaraderie and encouragement, as well as the individualized attention of a personal trainer. The coaches always look at the big picture of fitness/nutrition/life management, knowing that it must all work together to achieve results.
e3 has enabled me to reach goals outside of the gym, that I never before dreamed possible - life changing for sure.

E3 Fitness is not just a gym, it is a small group facility that feels more like personal training! My husband and I spent several years being too intimidated by the caliber of people walking in and out of e3 (we live across Broadway) to walk in and ask about their model. When we finally bite the bullet, we were so upset we had waited as long as we did. Imagine how awesome we could be RIGHT NOW if we had started 2 years ago! Justin walked us through their process, showed us around, and we knew we had found our fitness home. The coaches care about whether you make it to class or not. They care about

E3 is so unique in their approach- from the class format, to the overall atmosphere. I joined a few weeks ago, and while there are mornings I wake up and dread my workout, it's because I know they are going to push me- but I always leave feeling incredible.
There are small (max 6 people) and large (max 20 people) group- "team"- classes, though I've yet to have over 8 people in the team classes I've taken. This means you're getting individual attention every session. Basically, you're getting one hell of a deal on small group personal training.
I suggest taking

I've been a member for over a year now and I'm a raving fan. The coaches are all passionate, knowledgeable and care about their clients. The classes are always challenging and unique. The space is awesome and convenient.
Biggest thing - community. I used to just go to the gym and do my own thing. At e3 you get energy from the other members, everyone is very encouraging and I've made a lot of friends. Prime example - the holiday party had 120 people having a blast together and raising money for charity - not a normal gym but a fitness lifestyle community.

By far the best gym you can find. I've been active my entire life, but the team at e3 took me to another level. The coaches are great in every aspect of their job and the support and the community will keep you coming back for more. Don't pass up on this gem because I can assure you that you'll be missing out.

I've struggled with my weight and fitness my entire life. I joined e3 in October of 2014 and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I wish they had earlier team classes but that's my only complaint.
The trainers/coaches are the awesome and actually care about my progress and that I'm doing exercises right. They also worked with me on nutrition & healthy eating habits to fuel my workouts.
It's not cheap, but believe me it's worth it.
