This is what originally gave us our name. Our personal training model puts you, the client first and focuses on getting you results, obviously, but also. Most of our boot camp group fitness classes are, just like our training, based on metabolic conditioning. What's that? Metabolic conditioning uses.

This is what originally gave us our name. Our personal training model puts you, the client first and focuses on getting you results, obviously, but also building a trainer/coach and client relationship. If you can't connect, trust and like your trainer/coach, you're not going to achieve what you want.
With an environment full of energy, personal attention and motivation to help each participant have a unique class experience, our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a never-repeating workout that will provide the fundamental building blocks to fitness: power, strength, stability/flexibility, and functional movement with a total body focus using varying intervals.
Our private and semi-private Yoga is designed to tone, sculpt and rejuvenate every major muscle group, provide greater range of motion, flexibility and core strength and ease your mind. It strives to combine the mindfulness and breath of yoga with muscle toning and cardiovascular fitness. No pressure, no competition, just yoga!
Our courses combine the practices of Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling in a safe and structured environment to facilitate self defense awareness and skill. We want to empower young girls and women and give confidence to your innate fighting spirit! Don't kid yourself, in any good self defense class you need to learn how to fight and get away.

I've been meeting with a personal trainer here weekly since March, after taking a long time off from all exercise. In six months she has helped me absolutely transform my body. My arms and legs looked super toned, and I am so much stronger. I have knee issues, and she has shown me so many things I can do to alleviate discomfort and helped me strengthen the right muscles to keep me from stressing my knees further. This place is the real deal. The trainers know their stuff and have the degrees and experience to back it up!

I've been a client of Inward Fitness for 6 years now. Everything from the staff to the class selection to the equipment is extremely professional. The trainers take their time to get to know you and tailor personal sessions perfectly. The staff not only help you understand your body but how to fuel and strengthen it. Daniel & Bridgette Ward have created an amazing community at Inward Fitness. Using a holistic, personalized approach, Inward Fitness offers personal training and group classes specific to each individual's needs. Take it from someone who was completely transformed. This place is amazing. I honestly have only been seeing my trainer for about 5 months, not even and I’m a completely different person physically! So much stronger, I look SO much more toned and previous to this I was more “skinny fat” compared to now. I’m not ashamed of my body anymore. Everyone is so very kind and really cares. My experience has been the best. I have worked out at gyms all over but the personal touch coupled with the always different, unique and cutting edge workouts is what keeps me here. This gym is fantastic. I always feel welcomed and cared about when I walk in the door. I have been working out with Daniel for 10 years and the whole staff at this gym are great. I do personal training sessions and boot camp so am in this gym 3-4 times per week. The workouts are always different and engaging; and they keep my coming back for more. I appreciate the size of this gym, the cleanliness and the fact that the staff all help me with addressing areas I want to focus my attention on- including helping me work through injuries when I have them. I wouldn't work out anywhere else

I have tried every fitness class you could imagine, and Inward Fitness is the ONLY one where I've seen results --and FAST! The trainers are all phenomenal and make the workouts so fun!! Inward Fitness also has the most equipment I've ever seen at a gym, which makes every class completely different and actually exciting! The bootcamps at this gym are the only workouts that I've ever actually looked forward to going to each time because the interval training makes them go by so fast while also being extremely effective! Honestly, don't bother going anywhere other than Inward Fitness

I work up stairs and love how convenient it is having a gym down stairs!! Any and everytime I have walked in there I have been greeted with a friendly face. Everyone is very friendly there. I would strongly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

I highly recommend Inward Fitness!! Love the classes, love the instructors, love the facility!!
They have ski/snowboard specific classes to get you ready for the slopes! It is my second year taking the classes and can see and feel the results!!

I have been attending the ski/snowboard class for the last couple weeks to get in shape for the Winter season. I don't think I would ever work out as hard by myself as do with the support of the members of this team, and the positive energy they bring! Daniel and his team are very professional and provide great support. The classes are very interesting and are different enough each week to keep you on your feet. You will work different muscles in every class!

As far as the gym goes - it is not your typical 24 hr fitness. It's smaller which provides a more welcoming vibe. It is very clean
