When visiting my mom in Flagstaff, AZ I joined her at High Altitude. Our trainer Jimmy contacted me a couple days prior to find out if any modifications were necessary and what type of workouts I preferred. I can not rave enough about the quality of service I received. Jimmy kicked my butt and challenged me as I had requested. He was very professional and encouraging the whole time. I was so happy after my first workout I signed my husband and I up for one more before heading out of town. I only wish we had a gym like this where I live.

EDIT: It's now been 9 years that I've been training at HAPT. They have the perfect mix of individualized workouts and advice while still allowing you to work out on your own. The amazing group of trainers they have know when to provide tips on technique and when to let you work! At 64, I know how important staying healthy and active is so I absolutely recommend HAPT!
I've been working out at HAPT for over two years and HIGHLY recommend it. This isn't a gym where a bunch of muscle bound athletes grunt and groan, it's a place where everyday folks get a extremely beneficial workout in just one hour

I typically don't work out in a gym or at all really but I really love this concept, the staff and the quality of the workouts here. The trainers really started out slow for me and constantly assessed my performance and solicited feedback. I feel great afterwards and can definitely tell a difference in my strength level even after a few weeks. I am hooked and look forward to going every time. The trainers are encouraging and really know their stuff. So glad I found HAPT!

I have experienced personal training with Priya Dass via zoom. She is very professional and at the same time she can communicate to you know exactly what she wants you to do. She can also explain to you the desired effect that certain movements have on your body. If you aren’t feeling the recommended result, you know that you are doing the exercise incorrectly or your body isn’t ready for that movement. She is very good at helping you analyze each situation. She is also very inspirational. She actually makes you want to do your exercise. This has been an awesome experience.

When you first entire a new gym for training, it can be a daunting task that is uncomfortable. At High Altitude Personal Training, the minute you step foot in the building, you feel a sense of community and belonging. The trainers are certified professionals who immediately begin to form bonds and push the clients to their specified fitness goals. Do not be surprised if you happen to meet new friends and have trainers that make an impact on your day. I could not recommend HAPT more if you are serious about personal training, having fun, and getting in shape.

High Altitude is my first real gym experience and it has been really great. I was always intimidated about getting training or going to the gym but the trainers here are so friendly and helpful. I feel like they really care about my progress and I love the individual workouts in a small group setting. In just a few months I am stronger and in better shape then ever. I would recommend HAPT to anyone looking for personal training.

This place is amazing! Owners Rachel and Joey very high level of integrity hard to find these days! I referred my wife she looks incredible after only 4 months. Keep up the great work guys!

My daughter goes to this gym and she is such a happy gal again! She was getting kind of depressed, but she picked herself up and went to High Altitude, and they have really helped her to become healthy and… happy again. She's lost 15 lbs and her blood pressure went down a lot, which we were really worried about. She constantly talks to me about how wonderful and knowledgeable all the folks are at this gym, and I'm so thankful to them for helping my daughter...she is happier than she's been in a long time.

I am a 67 year old female with lower back problems. I was referred to HAPT by a friend who was working out with them. I haven’t had great success with other gyms and their trainers. I was just another client… that they quickly got bored with and their training methods showed it. It was such a waste of money. I felt at home the moment I walked in to HAPT. The staf was so warm, welcoming and friendly. Not only that but their clients were happy as well as extremely focused. When I couldn't lose weight through my own efforts at diet and exercise, I knew I needed accountability. High Altitude Personal Training provided that and more. Their program is improving my posture, my strength, and my balance in addition to losing weight. I already knew about diet and nutrition but HAPT has taught me a few facts and tricks that were new to me and is improving my health! Their support and challenges are making me a new person!

I have been a member at HAPT for over 2 years. In that time I have significantly increases my strength and fitness. Every single trainer is attentive to my needs and does everything to push me to my best, while ensuring I'm doing the exercises correctly. The best part is that I no longer need to think about my workouts before I show up. They have everything planned. The fact that I need to schedule my time keeps me accountable, even on those days when I might use an excuse not to workout. The best part of HAPT is that it doesn't feel like a gym, but rather a family. I highly recommend

This place is special. I joined HAPT at a time when I was looking to make a real change in my life. I am one of those people who had a gym membership that I hadn’t used in three years. Why wasn’t I motivated to use it? I took a good hard look at myself and realized the only thing that had motivated me in the past was a great workout partner. … But I didn’t have that necessary workout partner. I wondered what might be the next best thing. Small group-training? Maybe? I reached out to several gyms in my neighborhood and HAPT was the only one who returned my call. So glad

There are so many reasons this place is the best in Personal Training. The trainers are kind, knowledgeable, challenging, funny, and caring. This is my favorite gym in Flagstaff! All trainers are kind , supportive and knowledgeable. Very Accommodating to each person and their needs. I love the assessment days. It keep you on track or makes your push harder so reach your next goal. Best spin classes too! The environment is clean and bright and fun! The community that HAPT offers to is very supportive; whole 30 challenges, local runs, monthly challenges Check it out. It has changed my life for the better!

I have tried a lot of gyms and this is my favorite workout environment I have ever been a part of. The trainers here are amazing. They are positive, encouraging, and challenging all at once. They are very aware of your personal goals and are always open to explaining how your specific workout plan will help you achieve them. They are also very receptive and amenable to tweaking your workouts based on your feedback. I am truly impressed with the attention to detail at this gym.

The jury has deliberated and the verdict is in..... 5 stars!!!!

The place is clean you always see HAPT staff cleaning equipment. The staff are really good, they are positive and up beat; it helps- Trust me you need it with the can of whip a$$ they open up on you in the one hour session.

The one hour session is approximately 5-10 minute warm up 40 minutes of work and 5-10 cool down stretch. I've been here two weeks and they have kicked my butt. There will be two or more instructors paired with up to six individuals within the hour. The total number of people I've seen during a session
