Her classes encourage a safe environment that allows new students to get familiar with the basic postures, while building their own personal relationship with their practice.

I developed a passion for yoga in my late teens. It arrived as a grounding light to lead me out of anxiety and into the souls continuous journey of becoming loving acceptance. Yoga and holistic treatments carried me through many years of chronic illness and pain, when I found few answers from the Western medical field.
Being part of this mentorship with Cara has been a big eye opener. Moving through the healing of the death of my Father, I felt the call to deepening my practice in Yoga. Cara, with her wisdom and patience, helped me re-tap into that space within myself where life flows, the space that seemed so distant because of trauma.
