I have banked here for years. Iā€™m shocked to see that it gets three stars. Thatā€™s ridiculous. This is an incredibly amazing bank! They refund your ATM fees! Iā€™ve never logged in and found some mystery charge because some dishonest employee signed me up for some program I never agreed to. The tellers are always in a good mood and really kind. Has the line sometimes wrapped around to Timbuktu because of the pandemic?Yes! What do you know, itā€™s a pandemic. I leave and come back at another time.

I live in Round Rock so I normally would go to the La Frontera location, but they are Temporary closed. The folks at 2800 Esperanza Crossing, Austin TX 78758 were AWESOME.
I was in and out A LOT faster than I thought I would be. Great job TEAM!!

Since Covidt, the lobby has been closed , so the drive through has been SUPER LONG, I get it but I lost the warmth feeling of family. I knew names, they knew me as a business owner. Now its all done on cell phones, Amplify has lost me in service.
so now there is no loyalty, so I opened my business at RFBCU and I am able to walk in the lobby, they say hello to me and treated like family. Sorry Amplify, 20 years down the drain.

I've been a member of Amplify Credit Union since 1986. They've always met my banking needs and have been great to deal with. I've never had the need to change banking institutes.

I was told by Yuli that I am going to get updates on the concern I had on the transaction decline, I was promised either Yuli will call or the Manager will call and talk to me. But I have not heard from anyone. So it's a total waste of my time and energy but the issue still remains and the level of confidence with Amplify plunges! I am not sure why the survey is asked if the commitment is not met?

Year 2021 not so lucky using my credit cards four or five times they were compromised by thieves getting my cards information. In all cases I was not found at fault and fraudulent charges were reimbursed. Thanks to the diligent work the people of my credit union and credit card investigators. Thanks...

Randomly closed AGAIN! I canā€™t get business done with current operations. Iā€™ve banked here for 25 years but looking to switch after seeing their Covid operations!!! Over a year now and everything I try to get done that is important and involves my money I canā€™t get done or have to jump through numerous hoops. Theyā€™ve shut down locations, locked the doors, made us make appointments for everything. I just want access to my funds so I can get my job and other businesses done. If HEB employees can work so can our banks. Over it!

Rubi from the Esperanza location was very rude to me.
I waited almost an hour to make a payment, so I wasnā€™t particularly chipper about waiting so long. I waited as she talked to support for 30-45 minutes.
I gave her $180 and she said I gave her $140. I had to count each bill for her; she wasnā€™t counting correctly. Because I did that she accused me of being rude to her.
I wasnā€™t mad at her, I frustrated about the whole situation. I became very upset when she accused me of being rude to her. Not once did she say ā€œthanks for waitingā€ or ā€œsorry for the delayā€. Worst customer service

They tried to make it right, but I had already moved on to do business elsewhere. It's too bad because they offer good products but they need to recognize when they have a potential great customer who needs access to funds quickly.

I am okay they are not open during COVID-19. The lobby is closed. However, I went by today to withdraw some cash and the ATM will only allow you to view balance and something else. I really have when my time is wasted. I went there because it is closest to me.

I did this after talking on the phone with a representative about trying to access my account and deposit money. This is unacceptable. I am glad that I did not make this my primary bank.

I've been working with Bill Ownbey at the Cedar Park branch, on some of my personal finances. He has been invaluable in helping me sort things out and come up with a short-term, as well as a long-term plan. I feel like he has gone above and beyond in helping me out. It's nice to have support and know I can trust someone at my bank. The service I have received has exceeded my expectations. I am very appreciative and would highly recommend Bill and this branch to anyone looking to change financial institutions.

I started banking here when it was the IBM federal credit union over 22yrs ago. I have worked with many of the employees over the years and have always been treated with respect however the staff at the Cedar Park 183 Toll branch are truly amazing. I have had nothing but fantastic customer service starting with the Branch Manager Bill, then account services with Josh, financial advisor Jennifer and of course the fabulous ladies that help at teller services. Unless you have a crazy request they all will do whatever they can to get it done for you. I can't say enough good things about everyone

Also this idiots closed my line of credit after bing a member for 25 years Nd never missing a payment based on OTHER accounts on my credit (adverse preventative action) And no one from branch manager up through lending manager could care less

What a joke go anywhere but here

I went in to take out a loan at amplify Bank a while back. Alone did not show up on my credit and did not send me a statement or anyway to pay the loan. When I called and I found out the lady that waited on me never even submitted the loan application. They finally did. Now I just called them about credit card offers and was lied to and manipulated by one of the employees. Avoid this place.

So, the saga continues. They made good on fixing this for me. The manager took full responsibility. I am pression of them has changed, I think it's honorable that they did the right thing.

I recently joined Amplify. I followed Bill Ownby from another banking institution. Bill and his staff are friendly, professional, quick to respond and always know the answers to complicated questions. They go above and beyond to help you with paperwork, credit card applications and account investments. I would recommend you check Amplify, Bill and the employees of the Cedar Park location out. You will not be disappointed!

The Amplify in Cedar Park is not very personal. They don't greet you when you walk in the door. We took our account elsewhere and they could have cared less, even though it was a very sizable account.

After banking with them for years, I would say there lending department is pretty awful. I did get loans, but they were never on time, communication was horrible, and too much red tape. And now they did away with free business Acct's for Small business. In addition they nickel and dime on every little thing.

I've had a few interactions with the manager at this location and I whole heartedly believe she sort of likes giving people a hard time and demonstrating an omnipotent sense of power over other people's money. The newer location in Round Rock is staffed with better quality employees and I now avoid this Cedar Park location.

When you call the 1-800 number you definitely do not receive any personal touches. The people you speak to are very disingenuine and don't seem to really care to go the extra step to provide you the information you need. I was speaking to the first rep. I got and was told to hold on and then a few minutes later someone else answered. I considered moving my banking here but definitely won't be doing that.
