Wash Your Way RVA

Pre-ovid in here regularly, they make it easy, fairley priced and workers deserve big tips. However, standards of cleaning and quality control on delivery is not demonstrated 😩 but better than I could do.

I have monthly subscription for car wash. I go here because there is no other option nearby. Old machine and old vacuum which doesn't work

Recently have a bad experice with man there, I was asking him to clean properly that where I found the dust even after he cleaned it. He was so rude at me instead of cleaing it. I don’t like this place.

Excellent car wash, can not go wrong with bringing your car here. So pleased with my experience that I am writing this review as the employees power wash my floor mats. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail by this staff.

Very basic car wash - the one star comes from the vacuums which barely work. I went to 4 different ones, the manager came over, turned off the system/turned it back on/ checked for a blockage, then had me move to "the best" one which was also awful. I don't have time to spend 10 minutes moving vacuums then going over and over and over the same spot. For $8 I expect a vacuum that works. I'm leaving a review because I went to Yelp to find a decent place - this ain't it. Go somewhere else.

I was pretty impressed with this place. After such a bad experience at another car wash place, I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff is young, but very polite and responsive. The front of my car wasn't clean, but the staff immediately cleaned it and asked if there was anything else I needed. Unfortunately, I got some crumbs in the cracks around the gear shift. I hate the way Chevy designed my car. The guys used the blower and a tooth pick to get it clean as they could get it. I will definitely return!

Sully and Manny full on experts. I always makes sure Sully is there because you know this guy will make your car or truck is showcase ready. I give this place all my truck washing needs. They have everything for perfection over any carpool car wash. Sully is 100% about making sure your truck or car has a perfect worry free drive off. Recommend everyone to get their vehicles washed here.

This place is AWESOME! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service.

The atmosphere is great. The owner and the staff are absolutely amazing. They really go above and beyond to take care of your vehicle and your needs. The prices are very reasonable. Honestly I don't go anywhere else since I've discovered them.

I’ve been here once before and it was a decent wash for the full-service option. The manager was really nice, so I signed up for the loyalty program after that visit. However, I went again today and had a much different experience. The person who greeted me wasn’t really friendly (but that’s not why you come to the car wash, right?) I opted for the full service wash as before, however this one was a really poor job. There were only 2 cars when I arrived and the staff spent a lot of time on those. 4 cars arrived right after me and they only had one person on my car for a majority of the time

Hands down the BEST car wash in Richmond. You can waste your time and money going to the overpriced and overrated Carpool, get haggled, leave with the same dirty car that you went in with OR, you can go see Max and the folks at Wash Your Way RVA and actually see what a legitimate business does!

I have had positive experiences in the past here however nothing irks me more when a business does not open on time. I arrived right at opening time (8am) and hung around about 20 min but still no service or even a person to explain why there was a delay. I'm a nurse and work 10 hour shifts so most car washes are closed when I get off so it would have been nice to know their hours favor an 8:30 start and not 8am so I wouldn't have wasted my time and brought my business somewhere else that is actually open at 8.

What an awesome find! I was looking for a car wash near Short Pump on Google, and Wash Your Way RVA popped up. It is located right in an area that I go to frequently, but had never seen it. It was easy getting there after finding it on Google maps. And I'm SO glad I went! The wash equipment did a great job, but the employees that finished it up the interior and exterior really went above and beyond to make my 2005 suv look brand new! And such pleasant people, too! The prices are awesome, the whole process was fast, too. I very highly recommend going there!

Had the $25 unlimited plan for 5 months. The car wash was good, the people are friendly, but the kids detailing are pretty bad and expect a tip. Cancelled membership solely on this reason because flagstop is $3 cheaper for the best wash compared to $25 here for the cheapest wash. The one “free detail upgrade per month” isn’t worth it in my opinion. This place has potential but I wish the $25 was their best wash and the kids working put a tad bit more effort in.

Don't waste your time going to the other places - I've already tried them all as I just moved to the area. They are all incredibly overpriced and don't do nearly as good of a job.

I HIGHLY recommend getting one of the unlimited package deals - these are a really good value.

And the best part of - everyone is super kind. No one has an attitude and the owner is awesome.

They did a great job on my wife's minivan that was very dirty. I paid for a few inexpensive upgrades beyond the $25 wash because the family van had not been cleaned in a long time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is a really nice facility and you could see they really worked hard and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.
Reading some of the reviews I think people have to remember they also offer a detailing service. At many drive through car washes you can spend up to $15 with no interior cleaning. So for $25 don't expect your car detailed. If vacuuming can't get it they aren't going

Horrible service. I purchased the $25 full service. I can still see fingerprints on my dashboard. I requested to wipe the seat with rag specially where my toddler kick the seat and it doesn’t seem like they even touched it. They did a horrible job vacuuming as well.

The price was a little high for what I didn't get. There was dirt spots on my windshield and the lid of my trunk . I had to show the guys how roll the windows down to wipe the top of the windows then wipe the windows after they were rolled up. Also opening the truck to wipe all the water up.

I have gone here many times in the past and they do a good job. So much so I have suggested this place to friends and coworkers. The issue is the customer service shown to me on my most recent trip. I requested the best car wash option not knowing that there was 2 different options with the same name. One being exterior only and other interior and exterior. This has never been issue till now. The young man at the register didn't ask which one I wanted and assumed I wanted the outside only. I couldn't check the receipt about this since I opted against one to cut back on paper. Not knowing

Best of the best! The staff at Wash Your Way is conscientious, professional and attentive ensuring our cars are clean every time! Management is hands on and pitching in where needed. Ultimately, we leave satisfied each and every time!

Had sooo much sand in my car and they got it all out. Definitely had some insights for me and even have option to get smoke smell out of car ( i haven't done it yet) but it is nice to know they have it! Scheduling is easy and they have self wash and self vacuum as well.

I've only been here twice, I like the fact that I don't have to get out of my car if they aren't doing the interior or wipe down. The inside of the was is really fun with the lighting. The pricing is really good in my opinion. The manager is friendly and she seemed knowledgeable about the menu and explaining the options. The firs time I got the express wash and drove out the other side and never looked back, it was nice cause I was in a hurry. The second time I did the 25$ thing and they did the inside and shined the tires and what not, it was a great experience. I have been taking

Waste of money. I paid $35 total for the "top of the line" wash + for them to clean my plastic mats. The only things that are a tiny bit cleaner are the mats, but just slightly. I guess I could have saved myself $25 and just gotten an overpriced $10 mat cleaning. It doesn't even look like the wipes down my screen or mirrors, there's dust everywhere. Gross.

It is great having a car wash place close to the west end. It is reasonable pricing and I have been twice so far. It's really luck of the draw who you get to do your interior. The first time I went the young man did an excellent 4 star job on my interior. The 2nd time I went I did the full service again and didn't get a good one for the inside. I came home my car had barely been touched on the inside. I had paid the $25 to get the full package and this time it was maybe 5-7 minutes they spent cleaning the interior of my small audi SUV. It's hard finding a place to do a decent interior

Great service and convenient! My wife and I both have the monthly plan and we use it at least weekly to run through and it entitles is to one full detail wash monthly which is awesome! The staff are always very friendly and the waiting room is immaculate! The self serve vacuums are the strongest I have used! Also none of the crazy lines like some others!

No way. Car Pool is much better. These folks charge 25 bucks for deluxe and that doesn't include door panels. Those are additional. Anyhoo their pricing is complicated. First time here didn't have a good experience with how the inside looked and thought I'd give them another shot a year later and still not good.

Carpool does it better for same price.

The best fast car wash experience, I have ever experienced. During my Lyft ride with Tyler (Hyundai Genesis), whose car is sparkling clean, inside and out, I asked where gets his car wash services from and he suggested, Wash Your Way RVA. I strive to support local and family owned businesses and Wash Your Way RVA did not disappoint. I don't do too well with keeping my four wheeled baby clean on the outside because I'm always on the go and often limited on time. After my experience today because she is good to me, I definitely need to consistently be good to her exterior. I'm considering

So I kind of love this place. It's never too busy and I never have to wait too long to get my car ashes and vacuumed. It's reasonably priced and the workers are always really nice. It's usually not a line when I come so I can just pull on thru. There is also an indoor and outdoor waiting area if you are getting a vacuum or inside clean out. Or you could just vacuum the inside yourself. It's kind of off the beaten path which is probably why it isn't crowded all the time. They also have membership options.
