Best automated car wash Ive ever been to! I was absolutely amazed at how good my car looked after the wash. Only things I had to do were vacuum (Super powerful FREE Vacuums) and wipe down the wheels when I got home because it has an automated tire shine process! I will recommend this location to everyone who asks.

Went to the car wash today paid for a monthly service for the $30.00. I had to go through two times. The car wash didn't clean my truck as shown in the pictures. After I complain about them they tell me that the car wash is not working right one of the cleaning brushes doesn't work after they took my money and two car washes

Seems to be under New management. I do not like the changes on the front end. The lack of labor on the front end and not pre-washing the cars is not good. Your first and top brush does not continue to turn while your car is going through. It drags on your vehicle

Staff is friendly and very helpful! It’s supposed to be a self-serve location but someone helped me select the wash I needed and even help me vacuum out my car! High quality car wash and a great experience. Excellent value too. I highly recommend Hogwash Car Wash.

I visited HogWash for the first time this week. It was great.
My car came out super clean and the people there really care about their customers. The company is a locally owned one and the couple that own it let you know right away that customer service is their number 1 priority!
I will be a regular customer!

Love this carwash. It is the default car wash whenever I'm in Richmond visiting our daughter. Google took me to a bunch of self serve car washes though I specifically asked for automated car wash. Their RFID tag reader quickly said the tag from the car wash near our home in NJ was not their tag. $5 basic wash is unbeatable and got rid of all the bugs splattered allover the car.

I came here to buy the cheapest wash just to rinse off the grime. There was a special knocking $5 off because of the super bowl. I bought the most expensive wash in the end. They scrubbed the grim off of my car before going into the wash and gave clear instructions. Once out I was able to vacuum my car. The vacuums are very powerful. It was pretty busy, so they even had staff directing traffic at the vacuums. Great staff good wash. I would recommend this place.

I started going to Hogwash about a year ago, it was great - prices were low ($5 for a basic wash, $20 for the works) and they took really good care of my car. The business owner was even out shaking hands a few times. I was planning on getting the monthly pass for when I buy my new car.
But something changed recently, the prices haven't gone up but the quality of service has gone way down. Hogwash went from a great value for the price to what you would expect for the price...A few things I noticed my last few times I went for a wash:

Lots of pollen and rain in the past week...
Means lots of mud in my driveway...
And getting stuck in my driveway means lots of mud on my car. :(

So I go in, pay my $5, a few men hose down my car a bit, then I'm at the mercy of the machinery.
Five minutes later my car is clean as a whistle and... oops! Something is definitely awry on the right side of the car. I parked the car and got out to check it out... a long piece of rubber (weatherstripping?) had been loosened from the roof and was dangling like a worm on a hook. See my pictures.
I was able to re-seat it in it

What a great experience! Greeted immediately and the attendant explained my options clearly. My car came out cleaner than any automated car wash I have experienced. The dryers got almost every last drop off the car! The microfiber towels provided for final drying are all clean and there are plenty of them. The vacuums are really REALLY good - plenty strong and you can easily reach every inch of your interior without hoses rubbing against your car. Very fair price ($20) for a good product. They even offer a $30 monthly unlimited washes. Will definitely take advantage of this when in town for
