Yes, it really is unlimited! For one low monthly fee deducted from your credit or debit card, you can bring your vehicle in every week or every day. No joining fees or membership cards to carry! All that is required is an RFID tag attached to your vehicle to ensure fair use since each vehicle must have its own membership.
RVA Wash Club is a fantastic service for unlimited car washes at a reasonable monthly payment. I'm actually gonna give 5 stars. My car was pretty gross after not having had any love for well over 5 months. It was getting a nice yellow hue (thank you pollen) and a few white highlights (thank you birds).

I love this car wash a lot. So much better than the good Carpool in Short Pump (I worked there I'd know) The actual wash itself inside the tunnel was actually very good and seemed to clean the car real well. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star is because I have plastic mats. If there was a station to clean plastic mats with say a power washer or get an employee to power wash the mats. I'd be willing to pay more for it actually. So then people with plastic mats would have a way to clean them. Like I said though, this wash is so good for the price it was, I payed 15

Not a touchless wash, uses foam plastic brushes which beat the heck out of the car. Not wild about the traction system that grabs the car by the tires and drags it in. Pretty lights inside though - this may be the best part. Kiosk and app usage required staff assistance, but he knew little more than me. I will not be back.

On November 7th, 2018 i utilized my monthly membership, changed my vehicle from my former vehicle and added my new 2019 Mazda to our account. I drove my new car through the Parham Rd location at 1:15pm. I did not vacuum just the car wash and drove away.... the next day, On November 8th, i noticed damage on the hood. I immediately went to the Parham location and spoke and showed the damage to Mike. He wrote an incident report and said either himself or Kyle would be in touch within 2-3 business days. Today is November 27, 2018 and I have heard nothing. I contacted my insurance company.I have been

The owner of the business was kind enough to give me a free car wash after I wrote this review. So I went back and got the same car wash. After the car wash I had to spend 20 minutes wiping down my rims to get the car clean. The rest of the car was spotless mind you. On one hand, I've taken my other cars there before (Jeep Wrangler and Mercury Sable) and the rims were relatively clean when they came out. On the other hand, and I think its important to note: my BMW's rims have tons of grooves in them and are way more intricate than normal rims (see photo for reference), so it would make

You can't beat the price (car wash starting at $5 and then free vacuum) - IF, AND ONLY IF - the car wash actually does what it is supposed to do AND when the vacuums actually have some sort of suction.
Also, be prepared to deal with the worst customer service you can imagine; the guy who is supposed to "greet" and "help" the customers who initially drive up is a huge [piece of work] and doesn't help you at all with questions. Overall, this place is definitely HIT OR MISS, depending on what is actually functioning when you go.

I loved it! My car was in desperate need of a car wash this past week, but more importantly, I needed to vacuum the inside. It would have taken me over $3.00 to vacuum it if I had used a vacuum at a gas station.
I took one star off because the vacuums were a bit...off? Some of them had excellent suction while I struggled with some of the others. Also, the nozzle of the vacuum made it difficult for me to get in to the pits of hell, aka the dark hole everyone has in their cars between and underneath

Not bad for an auto car wash... They even have cute little items in the vending machine to dry off your car etc. I used a $2 off check in code $13.00 for wax and spot free dry. The only thing I didn't like was the "tire shine" my tires aren't shining at all. I vacuumed the hell out of my car...awesome unlimited vacuuming during your efforts
