Chris From Aloha Property Inspections Is the Best !!! I Called Yesterday and He Was Available Today to Do My 4 Point and Wind Mitigation Inspections, He Was Very Thorough, Knowledgeable, Professional and The Best Part About Chris Was He Was Very HONEST and Explained Everything in Great Detail. I haven't had a home inspection in a long time. Chris was amazing! He explained everything he was looking for and in the process I learned more about my house that I never knew. He was kind and respectful and took great care around our belongings. I don't write many reviews but this is an exception. I would 100% reccomend Aloha services for anyone looking for an honest inspection of your home

This is the 2nd inspection that we have had done by Chris Brunetto, at Aloha inspections. Chris did an excellent job both times and was extremely thorough. He is extremely professional and very personable, as well.
He did such a thorough inspection, including many photos, of the condo that my girlfriend, Camille and I are buying, in Clearwater, Fl.,that we are making the purchase from Atlanta. Chris was fantastic, he took great care of us, and helped us dodge a massive bullet and accommodated the limited time frame we had. Extremely thorough and during the walk through he went through great detail to explain everything to help us eliminate other homes that might be risky. Will most certainly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

We are from Michigan and Chris was recommended by our Insurance company as an outstanding Home Inspector in Florida. We contacted Chris right away to schedule him to do our home inspection but unfortunately our home was out of his service area. However, I can't say enough great things about Chris and his professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help. My house is showing some signs of age, such as drywall tape separation, small drywall cracks, concrete cracks on the driveway, etc. and I started to become concerned about my house's foundation. I wanted to find out if I truly needed a foundation inspection/assessment (and repair work) or if it was just normal settling. Not knowing Chris was primarily a home inspector and not a foundation service, I called him with my needs/concerns. Chris was up front that I really needed to call a foundation expert if that was my main concern. But...he did not stop there...he proceeded to ask me probing questions
