This business is extremely unprofessional. Susan is the office manager and now on two accounts she has given me false information in regards to my dental care. My first experience involved the booking of a cleaning when the hygienist was on maternity leave. I sat and waited for my appointment only to be informed of this by the dentist. When I told the dentist I was unaware and mainly booked the appointment for this reason she spoke with the office manager who lied to my face saying she did. I let out go because mistakes happen and just rebooked for a cleaning. My next experience was for a cleaning

I have been coming to this office for 20 years now. It started with just me, then my husband and children began attending. They are ALWAYS on time and take you as scheduled!! I've never had a problem with this office. The office staff is friendly, the hygienist are quick & efficient, and Doctor's Goldberg and Donskoy are great. I would highly recommend this office.

I have not been to a dentist in a quit some time. After recently discovering that I have a hole in my tooth, I decided to go to DentaLux as they are located conveniently on Cottman Ave, which was only 15 min away from my house. A very friendly receptionist, as well as other staff members, who happened to be in the front desk area, greeted me the second I walked in. Everyone welcomed me with a big smile, as opposed to "Hi, can I have your insurance card". I was taken back into the operatory within 5 minutes, and Dr. Donskoy, came in immediately. She took her time and did a thorough evaluation

Sorry, but my two visits there was less than satisfactory. Note that I never saw Dr Goldberg, as his name was not on the outside of the building, he may have left, I do not know. Both appointments I had was with Dr. Donskoy. The first one was an emergency as I chipped a tooth. There was some discomfort and I could not chew on that side but, during my examination, (definately got the impression that the Dr was rushing to get out of the office) was told that nothing was wrong and the exact words were "it will probably heal itself". The plus was that there was no co-pay and I left. - - Of

The staff was wonderful, warm, & welcoming! The technology used in this office is awesome! I appreciated the thorough cleaning & xrays done by the hygienist & the thorough exam done by the doctor. Unfortunately, the visit ended a little more abruptly than I'm used to at my previous doctors...
I was advised to get a root canal, get my wisdom teeth extracted, & to get a cap... and then I was told, "alright, that's it! have a nice day :)" & she left the exam room.... So I grabbed my coat thinking maybe the front desk would advise when I needed to come back
