Martial arts training helps to build leadership qualities that make for great community members. The increases I have noticed from my eight year old son are amazing. He is faster, has better reflexes and is no longer clumsy because his balance has improved!
The Yi's Karate of Vineland Martial Arts for Teens program is crafted so that any student with the willingness to try, to learn, and to persevere can become a proficient Martial Arts practitioner. Learn skills that help with managing conflicts, reducing stress, and resisting temptations that commonly occur in daily life.

Clean, very sanitary, every precaution taken, big area to practice ,,and staff was beyond amazing and curtious made my 4yr son feel confident and welcomed along with learning new basic skills to apply to life in general, this was his very 1st practice/class for anything and normally really hesitant but he cant wait to go back!!!one happy momma win win!! You guys rock!!!♡

We absolutely love Yi's Karate! We take our young daughter there and they are great with her! They give every student lots of attention. We have been going there a few months and have been inpressed with the quality and dedication the staff gives at every class! When our daughter is having a day shes not real focused they work hard with her to regain that! If you have a younger child or a child who has a hard time staying focused I would highly recommend Yi's Karate!!! :)
