If you are looking for a very thorough home inspector, look no further! I preferred to give a smaller business the work rather than a large company where you don’t even know who is being sent out to your house. Eric Wolff was so thorough, he spent extra time inspecting our unusually large home. I have all the confidence in his inspection skills. He is patient, he explained everything very well and answered all our questions. The report he provides is very detailed and he does a full water quality panel as part of his standard inspection process rather than having extra fees tacked on to check

Eric is the consummate professional and I was fortunate to have him inspect two homes for me. Eric is VERY meticulous and his attention to detail unearthed many issues / repairs that would be needed for the first house we put an offer in on. From the start, Eric was a pleasure to work with. I contacted Eric via email on a Sunday and was not expecting a response that evening but was very happy to see I had one! Less than 3 days later, he was doing the inspection on the home I'm in the process of buying. He was very thorough, professional, kind, and responsive. I can't recommend him enough!
