Services
Bureau Home Inspections performs a complete and thorough home inspection, including all that is listed below. BHI suggests that the home buyer be present at the time of inspection so that we can point out any major deficiencies and better attend to your own personal questions and needs. After our inspection is completed, we will review our findings with you and e-mail over our complete report to you usually within 24 hours or less.
Teresa is the owner of Bureau Home Inspections LLC. She was formerly the owner of a residential and commercial painting company for 27 years. In addition to her painting business, Teresa worked closely with general contractors and has supervised jobs for a major construction company. Teresa has a solid foundation and understanding of the many aspects of the construction field.

Terri is the best home inspector I have worked with. She is very very smart and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with her services and will recommend her to friends and family and definitely do business with her again. Terri did an outstanding job and was very thorough and informative. She went above and beyond with my home inspection and gave me honest advice. With her help I was able to get repairs done before closing that I would have no idea were needed. She even made a full report for my records with recommendations for the property in the future. Highly recommend! Terri was extremely thorough in her inspection. She took her time and provided detailed descriptions with pictures of both the interior and exterior of the property. She was also comfortable commenting / providing her perspective on things not typically included in an inspection, based on her vast experience. The written report was available within 24 hours of the inspection. And she was super accommodating scheduling the inspection on a Sunday afternoon with only 2 days notice. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time she spent inspecting every detail of the house
