Went to get my car washed this morning. I got into the left hand lane to get my car vacuumed. I noticed the right lane was open and the girl proceeded to give a negative gesture to tell me to stay in the left lane. Once she was finished with vacuuming the car in front of me, I moved forward and stated if they do not want people moving into the open lane, to put a cone there so we will know it's closed. She indicated cones were in place at the back and I came with an attitude. At that time, I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. She said I would have to back it out if I wanted to leave. Trust

They do a pretty good job of cleaning my car but I had so remove one star due to the customer service. When I pulled up to get my wash the lady taking your car wash order just slams open my door while I’m waiting and just asked what do I want. If the customer service was just a bit friendlier I would definitely come back but there are other car wash places in the area I would rather spend my money at

Had an appointment Sunday for a car detail. I was not completely satisfied with the job done. Usually after you have a car detail done you inspect it before you leave. I did that and talked to the person who did my detail. At first everything looked fine, but when I drove off and looked into the backseats of my car I noticed discoloration as well as spots that were not fully touched up and places that were not vacuumed that dirt tracked into. Lighting is everything. Poor lighting will result in not noticing issues. I picked up my car at the end of the day so I was not able to go back to get this

After paying $70 for the Q-Tip cleaning service. This is what remained in my car after picking it up. When talking on the phone I was told they would remove pet hair and charge me a fee afterwards which is fine. Was never mentioned and was told this was the cleaning that I paid for and told to take my car.
