Came in to get my car cleaned. Asked for option number 2. Guy tried selling me "interior super clean". When I declined the offer, he refused to service my car. My back seats had mud stains from my dog rolling in the mud. I wasn't asking for seats to be washed, just have my interior vacuumed, because that's what $40 option #2 offered. One star is one too many.

Monday January 10 arrived at 8:50 am had a birthday wash paid extra 22.00 for mat cleaning and vacuum. They were new guys washing and providing service the truck was still dirty on outside. Mud still around wheel wells very unhappy with this visit. I was told by service guy it could not be cleaned up. I whipped off with my finger.

My car had an odor that I was concern would not come out. Plaza Hand car Wash promised they would clean the car thoroughly and remove the smell; they delivered on their promise and did a fantastic job. The car was clean as new. I will for sure use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

So I was very excited about getting my car hand washed and then waxed. However when the car pulled up to the front of the garage I saw them drying it and then I took a call and wasn’t paying much attention, they started to wax the car and I saw the guy have a towel on my hood and pushing down really hard with the electric waxer, he did this a couple of times and then stopped and moved on to another spot. When he moved more out of the way I noticed a black spot on the edge of my hood, I couldn’t see it exactly but after they finished it completely and handed my keys back I walked to the front

Plaza Hand Car Wash did a nice job. It’s not the cheapest wash, but the car looked great. It takes a little bit of time, so if you are in a rush, this may not be the best option. There were still small spots and areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly on the exterior. I’ll go back for my free birthday wash, but other than that I probably won’t go back.

This is my go to spot when I need a good hand car wash. A few cars were already being cleaned when I arrived after 10am on a Thursday morning and I was pleasantly surprised that I was the only car waiting. They moved the cars along quickly without compromising the quality of their work. I was completely satisfied with the job and will definitely return. I briefly spoke to the manager, Dominic, and he was very professional and courteous. Catch this place on a good day and you will be in and out in a breeze.

This was my second time coming here.
The first time was during the summer. There was a line going into the gas station but Dominic was really nice. I wanted a full interior detail but because they were so busy, it couldn't be done. Instead, Dominic recommended an exterior wash, interior vacuum and console dressing. Took about an hour. My car looked great. Told him I'd definitely be back to do the interior detail.
Second time around - Sam helped me. I wanted to get my mats/seats/headliner shampooed. Because time was an issue, Sam helped me get the most out of my dollars. I did a wash

Had this place on my list for a while to check out, and I was not disappointed! I can see why folks were lined up before 9am to get their cars washed. Thorough hand wash on the car including wheel woolies and brushes for the wheels and tires Vacuumed the interior, washed the floor mats and got my ride gleaming for the holiday. The manager, Dominic, was very friendly and personable and will definitely having me coming back through.

This is a great place to get your car hand washed. The staff either wear smocks to wash the vehicles, this ensures you will not get any scratches from jean rivets, shirt buttons, belt buckles, etc.
If you purchase the inside/outside service, you will not be disappointed. Your car will be clean inside out and will look like it rolled off the showroom floor.
I purchase one of the booklets and receive a free car wash at the end....well worth it.
Check it out, I think you will be very happy with the service, the staff and management.

I've been visiting Plaza Car Wash for over 4 years. They are the only car wash I will visit. As a hand car wash, you can ensure your car is well cared for and beautifully done. Everyone is very professional and prices are great! They offer great options for car care from detailing to and headlight restoration, too!!!

I was randomly searching for a car wash because I was in the area and saw that I had 20 minutes to get here before it closed. I arrived just in time as some disgruntled employees were in disgust and using profanity because they thought they were done washing cars for the day. This place deserves 5-stars however, this was the only issue.

I have bad experience with this car wash before. Then I dropped a review about my experience. Next time I was in my Yelp app, there was a message from Dominic Business Manager with phone number to call them and they will make it right. I gave them a call. They responded excilently. I went there to see them. The tall guy with native English tongue whom I didn't remember his name was very professional. He explained that whatever happened was nobody's fault. I went camping right after the rains here in Baltimore. Needless to say my van was covered in mud and dust from all the offroading inside and out. It sat and caked on it for a week before I was able to get to the car wash. With a #4 package I was not expecting it to come completely clean, but they did a great job. Got my van back all shiny and smelling good again. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!
