Water Works Car Wash

Great place and have everything that you need to either do it yourself or they also offer a automatic car wash I like to wash my car myself though but can't say anything bad about the place!!!!

Water works is a lovely little hidden gem. Their self service bays are well lit and open 24 hours 7 days a week. During the winter months they even have hot water; which is absolutely perfect if you want to blow the salt/brine off of your car or give it a full scrub down in the middle of January without freezing to death. I usually stop by during off hours but the few times I've been there during the day the staff have always been friendly.

A hidden gem in Crofton. Whether I used the self-serve wash or the touchless wash, the attendants have always been attentive in making sure I'm assisted and satisfied. when using the touchless wash service, the attendant has even offered to scrub my tires and areas where there is stubborn dirt build up that the touch free wash may not remove. I truly appreciate their quality of service.

Decent touch less car wash spot. Seems like it's an odd place to have one, but fortunately it's not usually crowded

Quick little drive in Touch less car wash. Price is high at 14. Dryer only runs a short time. Water Pressure is just enough knock off dirt. Car hood was still dirty.

Get place to get Self-Wash with the Triple Foam Option. And Self-Wash Timer is Fair. Get Place to pull up at. For a Self-Wash or Touch less drive thru but the price is High but Fair. And you get refunds ASAP. THANKS WATER WORKS

The music blasted by the cars that visit this car wash is ridiculous and unnecessary. Try being respectful to the housing communities near you and control your visitors. We shouldn’t be hearing blasting music and bass from your establishment, especially at 9am on Sunday mornings. Do better.

Love this spot. The bowie/Crofton area lacks self service car washes and when i found this spot i fell in love. Nice equipment and a turbo dryer for the self service side and the automatic washes are good too. Starting to notice the self service car washing is starting to phase out as there used to be dozens of places like this around. I hope this place stays put!

I was a little worried the $10 spot free wash would leave spots, since it doesn't include a blow dry at the end, but after my car air dried it truly was spot free. Not bad for $10. Probably going to come back when I just need a quick drive thru wash on the outside of my car.

First and foremost I'll start by saying I did not use their car wash; neither the DIY bays nor the touch-less car wash.

I wanted to vacuum my car after the sun went down because it was so HOT during the daytime, it was over 90 and washing my car earlier in the day at another car wash (inferior mind you)
zapped my energy. So, I looked for a car wash that was open late or 24 hours; thus, I ended up at Water Works.

I was REALLY surprised to see how inviting the car wash is... I know it sounds crazy but the place is CLEAN and wide open. There are LOTS of car wash bays and LOTS of vacuuming

Worse car wash experience I ever had! I went and had the touch less wash, paid $14 and my car looked exactly the way it did when I first brought it! It didn't clean ANYTHING!! Still had grime on my car and windows. I'm better off going to a a regular gas station car wash. Wish I can get my money back

This car wash has been around since I was a child.

Car wash has multiple bays for self service. You can use your credit car or use the change machine and use quarters.

Self service has many of different modes and soaps and sprays to get your car clean.

They have a automatic car wash machine also that is reasonably priced and does a good job if your in a hurry.

Also have vacuums and air pumps and a vending machine for small air fresheners.

Best part this place is open 24-7 and you can go anytime of the day or night.

This is a good do-it-yourself car wash. And by do it yourself, I mean sit in the car and drive through the wash and let the machines do their thing! For others who are not as put off by physical labor as myself, there are bays with the pressure wands.

Staff is friendly and helpful....will scrub wheels before you drive-thru the wash.

There is an option to use the automatic wash or Self-serve wash. Basic car wash. I gave this only 3 stars because there is no hand drying service.

I've been getting my car washed here for almost a year and I haven't had any issues. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's always kept clean.

Waited one week to get over per my wife. I've lived in this area 5 years and have only used this location to wash my Jeep. Never had an issue. Apparently my Firestik Firefly antenna for my CB and radio. Bought it specifically because it flexes and is manufactures not to break. Went through wash.. white male, beard, man bun, says can you lay that down and I stated never had a problem before I will go some else( quite calmly) dude would not let up then said I was ignorant and said he had a business card that I never got. Obviously will not be going back! Had no problem going somewhere else.

Touchless laser wash in good working order. Strong undercarriage jets. Plenty of suds. Mineral-free rinse is a little weak but genuine. Blow dry has just the right velocity. 7 foot vertical clearance. There's a guy at the entrance with a brush to scrub wheels, which I declined since I prefer to clean my wheels myself with microfiber towels. I'll be going back. This is one of the only car wash options in the area if you don't want spinning brushes.

I really love that we don't have to change 10s or 20s for the amount of quarters we'd need to wash and detail our car properly.

Can't speak to the "Brushless Wash" but I've been sitting here watching car after car, using the "Brushless Wash".
I can tell you that I get a better wash and detail than taking it to a shop, but I like a little work.
Once I'm finished with my wash (presoak, high pressure soap, foam brush (So much foam...), rinse, clear coat, spot free rinse and finishing with "The Turbo Dry"

First time at this car wash. Loved it! It's located in the shopping center center as Dunkin' Donuts. Saddlery, and Irish bar. Plenty of car ports to self wash or it has 2 brushless laser washes. Self wash is standard equipment and works great (accepts credit cards). Has multitude of options for vacuums, carpet cleaners, and fragrance sprays. Make sure you look before parking because not every port has all options or takes credit cards.

Only issue was with equipment malfunction, the vacuum took a $5 bill but did not turn on. The office door had forms to fill out and leave for any concerns

Simple and quick wash with no hassle. Nice car wash option when you're in a hurry or just need something basic.
