I went here because they were the closest after my sister's doggo got car sick all over my car leather and carpets.
I specifically asked them to clean the vomit out of the carpet - I got quoted $299 to do a full shampoo of the carpets and detail the leather inside as well as clean the car.
The car wasn't cleaned. I went back again to advise them to please clean what I asked for. They cleaned the whole thing again, yet somehow it's still dirty with crumbs on center console, dried coffee marks on the cup holders in center console, windows still have marks on them and the leather doesn't look like

Broke my rear windscreen wiper off told them they need to replace it had 4 guys shouting at me saying they didn’t break it. Eventually offered me a free car wash which clearly i don’t want since thats how my car was damaged. A $65 “signature car wash” has caused $100+ damage. I wouldn’t go here if it was the last car wash on the planet.

Only take your car here if it’s already clean. Poor attention to detail. Having driven a few Kms over the Xmas break I needed a thorough clean due to bugs and road grim, paid $65. After the clean the car still looked the same as when it went in, bugs and road grim included. I know they are hard to remove that’s why I paid to have it cleaned by someone else. The interior vacuum missed the passenger seat and the tire shine was only done on 3 wheels. I hand washed my car 30 mins later at a cost of $99 for supplies.

Don't waste your money on the 'Unlimited Wash Club'!!!
My son took my car to be washed & got the run around without completing the 'Signature wash', he returned on a number of occasions only to be told it didn't include a vacuum as stated on the web site. They do not honour the full wash in store. We paid an additional $49 to have the car vacuumed.

CAR SCRATCHED! I took my car to be cleaned inside and out by this company, and saw first hand one of the workers trying to get a grease stain out of my car for a solid minute or two. When I went to inspect it later that day, there was a massive scratch in that exact same spot that the grease stain was in.
I went to speak with the manager about this, and he not only refused to take responsibility for it, but tried to show me footage they had of my car being cleaned, but had skipped the first half that actually showed the guy doing it.
No accountability, extremely rude, and an unbelievable disregard

Went here yesterday .. totally satisfied with the service they provide . Had a little bit of scratch at the back of my boot and they fixed it .. I didn't get his name it was something like Manose he was wearing a Creamy hat . He was really good & very nice .. Will definitely comeback for another wash ..

Requested the $65 wash and was advised that if I paid $100 they would pay special attention to the interior of my car. $100 later my car is marginally cleaner than I gave it to them. The outside was still dirty with droppings all over the bonnet and roof, windows were still dirty. The interior was abysmal and even had sand on my rears seats that wasn’t there before. The boot wasn’t touched. Absolutely disgusted with the service and price. Check out the special attention paid to my console in the picture. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Got told my car was dirty so it needed the $100 package to be clean… also tried to aggressively sell me the 5 washes for $300 4 times when I said no everytime. Then got told to drive onto their Conveyor system that. Some guy opened the door shouting at me for not putting having the car in neutral shouting and pointing at a sign he was as stood in front of at the time so I couldn’t see it. Car handed back, sand in the doors, anything that had a slight curve like a cup holder wasn’t hoovered. Windscreen still dirty…. Not sure what the upsell was for but glad I didn’t lock into the 5 washes
