Don't fall for the new paint and clean pool these aren't correctly price I rather stay in a shed because these apartments come with more problems and frustration than a little bit had mole in my ac vents I stayed sick dont be a day late or they'll charge u that 100 late fee with the quickness Pam is sweet but she know that these apartments aren't really liveable wouldn't recommend anyone to these worst first time having my own apartments experience ever

The Apartment Is Nice,Staff Is Awesome Maintenance Are Prompt With Any Issues My Complaints Are Parking The More People Moved In Parking Got Scarce Also I'm Surrounded By A Younger Group Of Neighbors I Hear Fighting A Lot And Smell Weed Coming Through My Vents I Have Notified Management Can't Really Pin Point Where The Smell Is Coming From Next Door Or Downstairs I Have Lived Here 6 Months My Stay Will Be Short Here When My Lease Is Up I Will Be Moving.

I have lived here for 8 months now . I love everything about Portofino. Friendly staff , quick maintenance, well maintained grounds . The only complaint I would have is for the past couple months parking here has been a real issue at night . The closest parking spot every night is at least 3 buildings over. People are having to make their own parking spots to avoid walking long distances. I would suggest expanding your parking lot for residents or offering other ways to ensure residents don’t have to walk long distances to get a reasonable parking spot .

I have lived here for 5 months and must say that my experience has been consistently positive...from application through current day. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the apartment is more than one could hope for. I have a 2-bedroom, 1 bath. The apartment is newly renovated and maintenance is QUICK to respond to any request. The grounds are well-kept and the environment feels safe. Thank you Faith, Pam and Monae for an awesome living environment!

My husband and I are very pleased with our time here so far. The management / leasing team, Pam + Monae, are friendly, professional and timely with communication when discussing any concerns. The amenities are great with access to a small gym and seasonal pool. Our apartment is great being newly renovated with new appliances at the time of our move-in. If we ever have any maintenance concerns, they are quick to be addressed (some things can't be fixed 100%, but they do what they can). My wife and I are happy with the apartments, which have nice faux wood floors and no carpet, new appliances, cabinets, sinks, etc. and a pleasant staff to communicate with. The fitness center/gym in the apartment complex is very nice, although a dedicated leg workout machine would set it over the top for me; the many treadmills, bikes, and the one overall strength training machine are in great condition.
