I lived here several months back and absolutely loved my apartment. The Assistant Manager Sandra and the Manager are both Pro Law Enforcement and amazing. They love to work with their residents. I would recommend this property. I want to again say THANK YOU to Sandra and all your help!!! I really appreciate you and all your kindness!!!

I have lived here since Oct. 1,2020 & are really enjoying it.
Everyone is so nice in the Office. Ruth & Sandra will readily help if you have a problem with your apartment, it is fixed in an appropriate timely manner!
I know my neighbors & we look out for each other! They are nice, friendly & great!

I can't express how helpful Ruth is . If you're looking somewhere to lease make sure to speak to her . Super professional,understanding,and super friendly! Never thought I could sit with a person for a couple of minutes and think wow! I totally enjoy her service. Now this is a great example of professionalism 👏 👌 Great job!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t want to leave a review quite yet because I recently moved in... but from my experience so far I have to clear the rumors about bad customer service in the leasing office. Ruth (Ruthie lol) is an absolute sweetheart and she’s extremely helpful and professional! She takes her job seriously and works at getting things taken care of! I’ve spoken with the other ladies in the office prior to moving and they were polite and helpful as well! Overall this is a nice apt complex! I rated 4 stars because I had to add a few things to my 48 hr check list. I will be updating to 5 stars once those

We’ve lived here for a year. Sandra and Ruth are very helpful. They always care and address any concerns that we have.
The maintenance technicians are very good and friendly, and every time we requested a maintenance it solved in a timely manner.
The price for the apartment is reasonable compared to the square footage. They have very spacious apartments.
Cons: the only thing we didn’t like was the trash dumpster. They have a dumpster in the middle of the complex and people just throw the trash around the dumpster, people who make that to be blamed. I think it could be better if they move

I'm am extremely happy living here! It's quiet,my neighbors are great,maintenance shows up on time, etc. I could go on and on about moving here. Ruth was extremely helpful in getting us in and was always able to get ahold of her. She's very sweet and good at her job! Love this place and it was a great decision!

Let me explain why you should never move here.. First let's talk about other residents drove her car through my daughter bedroom. It took them a weeks and me saying I was going to call the Arlington heath department for them to come fix the massive hole in my young daughter's room. Once the man came to fix it, he told me he could've done it the every next day. BUT they haven't even called him. So fast forward to me moving out I was charged 900 dollars because of my pet keep in mind you have to pay a 500 dollar pet fee. Ruth in the office is rude and a racist. Move in at your

Never ever EVER move here. This was once a nice, peaceful community nestled into the woods surrounding the arlington municipal airport. With the exception of a few planes, you had no disruptions. However, the city decided to bulldoze those woods and put in a road to connect to the highlands. After MONTHS of painful construction noise about 20 feet from my living room window, I finally begged to break my lease to get away from the most annoying living situation I had even been exposed to.
