I was very happy with the service I received from Jazzmine! She was so mindful of my time yet was very patient with all of my questions! She had great energy and was certainly knowledgeable. I strongly encourage requesting her to help you out!! I wish I rented here but it was a little too far from my business for my family and I but it was a little too far of a commute.

Now that you had your Reserve or contracted landscaping employees start to address the environment right outside all first floor apartments and start to clean it up after 8+ years literally of never happening literally
THANK YOU and it is time to repair the sprinklers not only in the immediate perimeter right in front of the first floor apartments but also the exterior
not just common areas
Turn on the sprinklers
All residence pay for it through their rent not you office employees
Get the Reserve back to wear it use to be years ago

The management office have assistant manager called 'N'she is not a good person to deal with.
To be honest the other people are awesome very helpful, friendly and they always try their best to help .
But again not the assistant manager she is not the person you would like to talk to her or tell her your problem. My advice if you have an issues she is the very last person you need her and at the end she will not help.
The maintenance team are excellent specially Deric and Horacio.

The location is great - you are a walking distance from Ralph's, Karl strauss, banks, Panera, chipotle and baskin Robbins.
Apartment itself is well maintained. They replaced our appliances within a day or two. No questions asked.
I have to give a shout out to the maintenance team - Hector and Horacio. The best people ever. Always courteous, always prompt and always a smile on their face.
So if you're looking for an apartment around this area, you should check out this property.

We’ve been living here for about 8 months now, and couldn’t be happier! Love, love, love, living at The Reserve!!! I highly recommend living in this community, where you not only, have all the amenities you could ask for, AMAZING, office staff (shout out to Nancy Lopez!!) and maintenance crew, you are surrounded by every shop you can think of. And finally, and most importantly, safety! This is the most important reason, I live here - you can’t put a price on feeling safe in your home!

I've lived here for 2 years, and have seen the management and leasing agents single out and harass primarily African Americans (a few I know personally) a few I see all the time as neighbors. lll start with I'm a Caucasian male in my 40s but can see obviously there's a pattern in whom they blame for a whole community's problems. I was by the pool in a group of multi race multicultural folks not too long ago we finished and left. A few days later we had a group text chat and it seems the office sent "official" letters to the only 2 black people in the whole

My daughter and I moved in the second week of November and it has been nothing but positive and good vibes throughout this community at 4s Reserve . The only thing I miss is talking and seeing Jazzmine which I did daily a month before we moved in . Jazzmine played such an important role in the entire process of getting approved and when there were some hurdles , she supported and went above and beyond to make sure we would be future tenants .We were welcomed by a basket in kitchen filled with necessities and more and living here the last month has been so calm , serene, and we feel so safe . I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST PERSON TO WORK WITH IS NANCY LOPEZ!! We’ve lived here for 3 years and ever single time she comes through with the timely move in and goes above and beyond beyond her responsibilities. Just last week when my wife and I had to transfer apartments because our family is growing she put in that extra hours to make sure that we got the spot we desired. And she delivered!! We been calling to get a work order for a month for a leak under the sink. Finally they scheduled maintenance everything under the sink was drenched and wet. The wood cabinet board was warped and trashed. After maintenance took out the panel he found black mold everywhere which is very detrimental to our health. I have kids with asthma and health issues that can't be exposed to this stuff. It's ridiculous.

Leasing consultant Jelly Empasis made moving into The Reserve at 4s such an enjoyable easy process !
She was very friendly and professional . Jelly replied to all of our emails and calls so quickly and she was available for all of our requested appointment times .
Jelly had us moved into our apartment incredibly fast !
We are very happy to be living somewhere with kind friendly efficient leasing consultants in the office like her .

If you're shopping for an apartment make sure to check the cleanliness. Rats and raccoons are commonplace at night because the trash areas are gross due to management not caring who dumps in our trash area. There are always mattresses, couches and food all over the floor I don't allow my kids to walk in there. Nasty. Check pics that's just a regular day here at The Reserve

This place is a money trap
I lived there for five years. My husband passed away there they never bother to re paint areas of blood spots that I asked for repeatedly
Finally I moved out and they would not give my deposit back due to "cleaning" expenses"

I recently transferred to a new apartment thanks to Nancy assistance and all good efforts that enable me to find the desired location by providing useful information and spare enough time for to feel comfortable to make my decision to stay in same apartment complex.

It's our 4th year in this apartment community and Nancy has been very prompt in responding with regards to our lease renewal and she has great customer service.
We wouldn't have reached 4 years if we weren't satisfied with all the services and amenities that The Reserve has to offer. We're fortunate enough to have neighbors who look after each other and overall it's been a pleasurable experience.
Also, we would like to commend the maintainance personnel for their quick response in addressing all of our concerns with our unit.
