The most important thing you can do for your engine is an oil change. Any issues that arise are due to low oil or delayed oil change intervals which cause accumulative damage. Also, make sure you are using the correct recommended grade for the vehicle. If the manufacturer states 5k mile intervals, check what fluid they recommend as well, do no assume all fluids work the same.

Communication at this place is horrible. The owner knew that I had a time schedule that needed to be followed. They promised that my vehicle would be fixed on the day I took it in. IT WASN'T. Then they said it would be fixed the next day by 8:00 am. IT WASN'T, so I had to physically returned to the shop and sit there for over an hour. The shop rep said he couldn't give me an answer because he was not technician working on vehicle. Then some time later, the owner decides to show up and tell me that last night they received the wrong part. They selected to not tell me this when I was at shop while

First of all, this auto repair shop is by far the best I have ever went to. They started working on my car immediately and called me every time something needed to be worked on. My 2016 Chevy Malibu has never ran this great since I bought it. I will be returning here for any future problems with my vehicle.

Amazing service ! Betty* walked me though what my car needed (75000 check up on used car) told me what I should do and why, and somethings that were suggested by my service manual but she thought I could wait. She priced me out on tires including mount & balance to let me take home to see if I could get a better price else where.

We took a vehicle here for inspection and it failed. I have never seen a vehicle fail for the reason listed on that form. Took it to another location the next day and it passed. With specific review of what was documented as needing to be fixed by the T & S inspector.
Our conclusion is that the T & S inspector failed our vehicle for reasons he interpreted as part of the inspection guidelines, but actually were not.
We won't go back.

My daughter's car failed inspection in the town in which she goes to college. So, knowing what it needed, I called a few recommended shops in the neighborhood, and I thought T&S price was reasonable...a couple other shops were a complete ripoff! I have to say, the experience from drop off to pickup was outstanding. Everybody I came in contact with seemed to really enjoy their job and each other. The car is fixed, no crazy up selling. I'll be back and will refer family and friends.

I use to drive past this place all the time, and because it was small, I never gave it a chance. I missed out. I've taken my car there three times, and they beat the quotes from all other shops. They are good at explaining the problem and search around for the best prices on parts. The can usually get the car done in a day! It's family own, and the staff is always polite. This my new place to go for all my car troubles.

I went for a simple state inspection. They told me my struts needed to be replaced because my car wasn't breaking quickly enough and lurched when it brakes. It was because of all this I didn't pass the inspection. Quoted me $500 to fix it. I smelled a RAT and took my car to Firestone. I was out of there in 30 minutes with my inspection in hand. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Cost me $632 for a wrong diagnosis from their tech and then after that they wanted to charge me another $600 more to fix the original problem. Went somewhere else and they fixed it for $200 less. They said they would call me back when they found the part well it's been 2 weeks and no call or update on their progress.

My family brings a lot of cars over here. The times I've to come here I haven't had any problems with there costumer service and neither does any in my family as far as I know. I just wish they could expand, have more space to maneuver, they get a lot of business and it can difficult to move in there. We'll still continue to bring our cars here for years to come as long they keep treating us right and doing good work.

I have done business with T&S Auto Repair three separate times. Each time, the service was beyond excellent and the work was completed quickly. They go out of their way to make sure they can take care of your issue, and will recommend alternatives if they cannot. I have never felt more confident in an auto repair shop.
In the past, even when I knew a guy who was doing the work at a different shop, I felt at times like I was getting ripped off. Here, quotes for work I have had done were well below other businesses.
Highly recommended.

Let me say this. I retract every single nice thing I have every said about this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! They are crooks and liars. I took my car here several times and I now believe that they screwed me. I recommened them to my family and they took them to the cleaners, lied about several things and NEVER FIXED THE &^%$*&^ PROBLEM After $1200. THEY MADE IT WORSE!!! Please believe the reviews that say how bad this place is because they are the real reviews, the correct reviews and the homnest reviews! STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned!!!!!!

I am confused by the poor reviews given to T&S Auto as my experience has always been extremely positive. I've taken my car there about six times over the past year, mostly for minor things like tune-ups and oil changes, but also for a couple of more involved repairs. Each time, I've been met with excellent service and quality repair.

To begin with, I have never taken my car to this mechanic for a repair. I do, however, have first hand experience with this company.
In June of 2012, one of the employees of this shop was out test driving a client's car. He ran a red light and hit me, totaling my car. The police officer who reported to the scene told me that the other driver was under 18 and did not have a driver's license. My insurance company is still in court with this company, because the owner refuses to pay for the damages.
Stay away from this guy.
