Do not move here. This place will not clean up the common places but will borderline harass you for payment after you move out even before the balance due date, and will not answer in a timely manner (2 weeks to response) when you ask about why your final bill was the amount. This is just one picture of what occurred during our stay when someone peed in the elevator and all they did was put down cardboard. The trash compactor will be overflowed with trash and sometimes you can smell it in the summer if you live in one of the apartments buildings close to the dumpster. They attempted to raise our

Great customer service. I worked with Terrell last week and toured the property. The apartments are beautiful but there wasn’t a unit that fit my needs so I decided to go in a different direction. Hopefully something will be available in the future. Thanks Terrell for being attentive and responding to my questions in a timely manner.

We have really enjoying our short term rental (10 month lease) while we build our home. We chose Meridian Parkside because it's convenient to great restaurants and a beautiful park within walking distance. We love our apartment and our building is very quite. Whenever we've had issues, maintenence resolved it quickly and were professional. Jessica has also been very responsive in following up with us to ask us for feedback and I appreciate that. Highly recommend this as a place to live.

From the first phone call to visit Meridian Parkside, I knew it was where I was supposed to be. Everyone here is completely personable yet professional and made me feel comfortable with the entire moving process.

I came and toured this property on 01/15. I decided to go with another property, but my experience with Terrell was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and informative! I love how transparent he was. This property has a lot to offer and is definitely worth the price! Nice and quiet, gated and just minutes away from so many things!

I would like to say this is an amazing property! Love the sense of security with the community being gated and also they have security to come out and do nightly rounds! The Leasing Consultant Terrell was phenomenal, he answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also had very well interpersonal communication skills! The office team as a whole was amazing. I definitely look forward to moving to this property in the near future!
