It has been a great experience for sure. The appliances work really well, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the apartment we picked is gorgeous. It would have been nice to have more than one indoor parking space, but I also understand space is limited. The other residents seem to be great people as well! The building is safe, well maintained and in a great location. The underground heated garage is one of the few in the area and worth every penny. The leasing office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff members are fabulous: kind, attentive, thorough and efficient. The shared areas are clean, quite and the new outdoor patio is really pretty and inviting. The small gym and recently redecorated community room is terrific. I moved here from out of state and I can't imagine moving to any other building in Grand Rapids. It's also a good value for the size and quality of the apartments. - From

I lived here working for a summer in Grand Rapids, and I loved every minute of it! The location is great right on the edge of downtown. The apartments are beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. There was nearby construction and I couldn't even notice it. The best part was the staff. They were very kind and extremely helpful with everything. If I make it back to Grand Rapids, I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

I am impressed with how quiet, and beautifully appointed Icon on Bond is, as well as the cleanliness and the professionalism of Rachel Fuller. She even helped me set up my cable! Obviously, she goes above and beyond her management duties, plus she has always responded promptly to any of my questions! The temperature controlled garage with garage doors, and security feature upon entrance make it feel safe. The neighbors are very friendly, and report feeling content as well. I would highly recommend it!

Icon is a great place to call home for us! Rachel is wonderful ever since she took over she has made some tremendous improvements to the building. She's always available for her residents and willing to go above and beyond for her resident. She's a great asset to Icon. The buildings always clean and very welcoming for our guest. We love living at Icon for many reasons.

I have been working with Icon on Bond, and Rachel, for quite a while now and have been very impressed with how much they want to please their residents! They work to offer fun and different activities and genuinely care about the overall experience of living at Icon on Bond. I have had nothing but excellent service and response from the staff, as well as the residents and look forward to a long relationship with their team! The building is always clean and the maintenance man is awesome!

Really you can't find a better place and value in GR. In my second year at Icon and the building is first rate. Good construction, high quality, quiet and reasonably priced, especially considering the heated underground garage. Benefits greatly from having been built to be condos. Make no mistake, this place is more expensive than others (though much more affordable than other downtown properties!) the location is great, the building and amenities are great and its well worth the cost. Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of parks restaurants and bars close by. Easy to feel
