BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!
I cannot speak for the rest of the team and company but Luis German is a con artist and a fraudster. We rented a home from him (which turned out to be his own) for $650 per night for what we expected to be a dream vacation. Luis presents himself in a professional and kind manner and we were excited to be able to deal with a kind broker and rent a magnificent home. The attraction of the home was the pool and the hot tub. For our entire one week stay, Luis did not provide us with pool heat (although he actually required us to pay extra for pool heat before we arrived

I've been in real estate 3 yrs and have had a bitter sweet experience with brokerages. But when i joined EXP under the Carlos German team my whole perception of real estate changed.
