Steer clear. We stayed in 12-208, and the A/C didn't work. Trying to sleep in 80 degrees after all day in the parks was miserable.

Our vacation was peachy until our downstairs neighbors began smoking weed, it was so strong we were unable to enjoy our patio or have our windows open. We kindly said to them that we don’t appreciate it and if they don’t go else where then we will make this a bigger issue than it needs to be.

We stayed here in February 2014 and March 2015. I, my wife, and our four kiddos LOVE it here! Anthony and Scott make you feel right at home with exceedingly clean rooms and friendly staff. Even the security guard on his route paused to ask how I was doing and wished me a wonderful stay! We'll definitely be regulars here!
Prices are very affordable and you get a great deal for your dollar. Secure entry to the premises helped us relax about the safety of our kids. Two clean, comfortable pools onsite that our kids can't wait to dive into. Fully functioning kitchen with oven, microwave, full fridge
