I am a personal trainer with 5 years experience and have trained hundreds of clients with various goals and skill sets. I have a gym dedicated to my clients in Galt, Ca and also travel to surrounding cities and train clients at their home, nearby park, or personal gym.

TPT offers personalized workout programs, nutrition programs, cardio programs, flexibility programs, mental training, group training, bootcamps, sport/hobby specific training and much much more!I train clients ranging from elderly personnel looking to work on their balance, posture, and everyday living, to top notch athletes looking to take their fitness to the next level and everything in between.

My husband and I started working with Taylor to get stronger and healthier. We did not want to be the old people that fall down and can't get up. He gives us workouts that fit with our various physical issues. We love working with him and he has a great since of humor which is needed when working with my husband. We highly recommend Taylor to anyone who wants to get stronger and healthier.

Taylor is knowledgeable and dedicated to your fitness goals. He has challenged me to be stronger and work muscles I didn't know I had. Taylor works hard to find a fitness routine that will can be sustained into the future. Taylor has been and absolute blessing to my health and fitness. Both my husband and I really love Taylor’s mix of stretch and workout. He has developed a great workout specifically for our needs. We have been working out with him for a few months and sprinting and pivots seriously needed for Dog Agility work have obviously been improved. So professional! We are continuing students.

After working with Taylor for 3 months I can say I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and informative when it comes to which exercises would help us achieve our goals. I consider myself a beginner, he modified the workouts to match my needs and abilities. He is very respectful of his clients and encouraging during the workouts.
