I love what AMPT has become, a FAMILY friendly enviornment where everyone can come to get healthier. AMPT is not a "hard core gym", it is a real gym for real people. A gym where ordinary people can come in and learn to move better, get stronger, become leaner, and feel better about themselves. I look up to my Father because he raised me to be the man I am today, and taught me that I can have, or do, anything in life if I'm willing to work for it!

This culture is a safe and comfortable environment. It is important to me AMPT presents a culture that allows individuals to feel satisfied and happy with themselves and have enjoyment when working out as well. Pat summit (University of Tennessee women's basketball coach 1974-2012). She was a notorious coach that empowered women on and off the court.

Get access to our supportive online community. In our private VIP Facebook group, you will get access to our daily live stream workouts and meet the AMPT Family. Our team loves what they do, and it shows. Each one is certified in their field and regularly continues their education to learn new trends and techniques.
Because of my experience with AMPT during the last 4 months I have noticed a change in my strength and posture. Both improving for the better, and the results have also shown on the tennis court with stronger serves and ground strokes. Also, many people at work have noticed a change in my appearance.
Habit Based Nutrition is a different way of looking at what we eat. Instead of focusing so much on what foods to eat, and what foods to avoid, habit based nutrition focuses on developing one habit at a time. Like our work out programs we start with an evaluation and discussion to create goals. For most, its to lose a few pounds and feel better.
Get unlimited Metabolic Conditioning and Active Recovery Group Sessions for AMPT up results!. This is where you will get your full body strength work out. This is the gold standard for burning calories; you'll increase your lean muscle mass which will increase your fat burning potential.

These classes are a little slower in pace to focus on proper technique, but never lack in intensity because you'll be ask to lift more weight or do more reps every week.You should participate in these classes 2-3 times per week, and should be your main priority. We are changing the way Cardio is done!

I have been going to this gym for over 6 months now and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a small family owned gym environment where they can customize your fitness program for anyone. It doesn't matter if you haven't worked out in years, they will help you get back into it.

It feels good getting mentally and physically stronger at AMPT Fitness. I used to think working out was optional and that I didn't have time for it with our busy schedule. I am not any less busy (quite the opposite really), but making time for this has helped my mental and physical health that I think

I have been going to this gym for 3 years . I wanted to prioritize my health and also prepare for a Spartan race. Bryan made me feel confident and helped me succeed not only with the Spartan but also with weight management, healthy habits , and I became stronger and stronger. I love it at AMPT! I’m so happy I found them. Functional Fitness and nutrition is the WAY. My gym mates and trainers are friendly and they care. I really enjoy seeing everyone and working out with them. AMPT is one of my happy places! If you invest in your health at AMPT you won’t be disappointed!

I finally found my home again!!! I have been so lost for the last few years on where to go. I love bootcamp classes and social camaraderie and the second I wanted into AMPT I knew I was going to be happy. Bryan and Marissa are amazing trainers and care about you so much. They also help with nutrition which has been a huge battle for me all my life. They thought me a meal planning formula that keeps me full and satisfied and how to implement it at my busy job. I have been going to this gym for nearly 3 months now and my overall health and wellness has improved tremendously! I have never had upper body strength and on my first day here I could only press a 5 lb dumbbell. Now, 3 months later I am pressing 20 lbs. I can physically see the improvement my body has made. I also feel better, stronger and healthier. I signed up for 6 month program, but plan on going here forever! After having 2 children, it's nice to prioritize my health. I have been going to Bryan for roughly a year. I was very skeptical at first due to very poor experiences with personal trainers in the past. Bryan was completely different then anyone I've experienced in the past. He knew his stuff and was able to work around my past injuries and help some nagging issues become resolved. This is not your average gym like 24 hour fitness or a planet fitness. This is a place where people come for results and will see them. Bryan will push you to be your best and do it the proper way. I've been working out with Bryan for several years now. He's fantastic. His attention and focus on proper form and functional movement is what sets him apart from other trainers. Whenever I go to friends' gyms, their trainers comment on how good my form is. Bryan is passionate about his craft and his clients and knows how to motivate me in the right way. After being a member at several pricey clubs and other gyms around town, I have finally found my gym! AMPT is a place to learn, transform and set goals. I started working out with Bryan 3 1/2 years ago and I can't say enough good things about this gym.

Working out here has changed my life. Bryan is a coach with vast knowledge of body movement and how to improve fitness for all levels of ability. I've seen him coach older people who haven't worked out in years, athletes wanting to improve in their sport, competitive lifters, and new mom's. Brian is a truly excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of tough and understanding. Always motivating and striving to see our potential being met. He works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of his efforts, I am stronger and more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. No doubt I recommend him.
