Bill's Bike Shop
In 1974, Camarillo was still a small farming community. However, cyclists from all over southern California would make the trip to Camarillo for "Bill's" very diverse selection of bicycles, hard to find components, accessories and legendary customer service. Whether looking for your kids first bicycle or a beautiful world class professional racing machine we have it all covered! Our staff is highly trained and we are all are avid cyclists. As an accredited Specialized BG Fit Center, we have the expertise to conduct a full physical assessment and advanced bike fitting services - helping the discerning road cyclist increase performance and comfort and reduce risk of injury.

It's named after the famous velodrome in Milan, but the Vigorelli is anything but stodgy and traditionalist. It smartly blends a welded Bianchi Cro-Mo Lite-tubed frame and a carbon fork that features K-VID technology. The Vigorelli stands as a fun way.

Excellent traction and stability at high speeds makes Bianchi's Specialissima ideal tackling different types of surfaces during fast accelerations and super high-speed corners when maximum power and control are essential.Put simply, the S-Works Venge is the fastest bike in the world. A ground-up design philosophy led to an exceptionally aerodynamic and truly innovative bike.

I had a good experience getting my wheel serviced here. They seemed knowledgeable with quick turnaround times (and they met their commitments). I really appreciated the flexibility in exploring different ways to get my bike back on the road.

The only (but major) concern that I have is regarding COVID. There's a paper sign on the door that says "masks required at all times", but both times I was in the store, I was the only one wearing a mask. The employees don't wear masks; the other patrons don't wear masks.

I'm all about supporting my LBS, but I'm not

Took my bike there on a whim to have it looked at. I took it to a different bike shop before for a tune up and needless to say, the other bike shop (won't drop names) did not fix my bike and told me some conflicting information on why my bike was the way it was...anyways like I mentioned, I took my bike to bill's on a whim and let them know the deal and they said they could fix it and they did! Was treated very nicely and got my bike back the same day! Definitely will be going there from now on and will recommend them to all. I see some negative responses on here and overall it certainly

I've taken many bikes here multiple times for random issues/fixes. Like other (now former) customers stated, I agree when they say some of the staff is rude and definitely agree that they use foul language while in the back working. My 7 year daughter overheard at least two cuss words in an inappropriate conversation while walking around browsing and waiting. I get it, they are working and having a good time but this isn't a tattoo shop where that kind of conversation can fly. I've really tried to give this place multiple shots because I want to support local, but the f bomb was

Went back to try and give this place another shot. Staff was rude again, which was disappointing. Went in and said I was looking for a commuter bike for less than a grand and he replied "oh yeah you and everybody else". He proceeded to give a series of condescending answers to every follow up question about other options. What a world!

Best bike shop I've ever been to. They do excellent work at a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've bought multiple bikes from them and when you do they provide free tune yours for life!

I've had two recent experiences with Bill's -- both made my day! One, I was replacing the dropper post on my mountain bike and needed to cut the cable but I didn't have the special tool and was basically just mangling the cable trying to cut through it with regular wire cutters. I brought it in and they did it for no charge. Yay! Two, my rear derailleur wasn't shifting right and Mark and Cameron got right to work on it. Turns out the hanger was slightly bent, but they were able to get it back into place and shifting like butter while I waited. The charge was fair for how quickly

UPDATE:
I started riding my bike and my gears are not shifting correctly. I called and they said my bike was too old. Took it to a different shop and I was told whoever adjusted my gears did it wrong. My bike is now perfectly functioning!

I bought a used bike online and went to get a tune up from Bill's bike shop. I was told itd be $60. I came in to pick it up today and they rang me up for $90! I was really confused and they told me they took it upon themselves to repair thing I hadn't asked for..... I was very upset that I didnt get a warning or call that I was to be charged

Our daughters bike seized up on the back brake. We loaded up the bike and I took it to Bill's. He was so kind. He took the bike back, made a few adjustments and it was ready to roll. As a busy parent I love it when things work well. He also should me that she had turned the handlebars all the way around and that was impacting the brakes. Great service, great information and a caring staff. Can't do much better than that!!!!!

Three times I took my bike there. The older guy (I think he is the owner) has the worst attitude. I only go there because is close to my house but next time I will go to the next shop.

Came in for gear adjustments of my eMTB. The young staff took his time on inspecting the bike and knew the problem immediately what needs fixing. Quoted fairly and inexpensively and the job was done within 5 hrs. Pickup the bike and happy with the outcome. First time that i felt welcomed on a bike store/shop. Staff was professional. No rush appearances. Did the job exactly what i told. Maintain quality and good customer service. Will be coming back.

Bill's is a Camarillo staple for bike shops. Mark has decades of knowledge and both he and his staff are always friendly. As you can see, my wife is over the moon about her new bike. The purchase was seemless without any pressure or issues.

FYI Tip: Free bike tuneups for life when you buy a new bike from them!

I stopped by Bills Bike Shop and was professionally greeted by Joe who asked how he could assist me. I wanted to inquire about deep dish clinch wheels then I was amazed to see a collection of retro bikes. These brought back memories of pre-index shifting and click-in cleats. I enjoyed talking about my old Vulcan road bike and Masi track bike. Bill's Bike Shop knowledge of both retro and new bikes displays commitment to the bikes I ride. I trust my bikes be properly serviced here. Oh and I'll look forward to shopping here for future components!

I went to another bike shop. I had a cable jammed in my shifter. The other bike shop told me they couldn't fix it and I needed a new $75 shifter. Bill's Bike Shop disassembled clean and fix my shifter for $15. It is an expensive shifter and well worth the price. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone.

I bought a used road bike from a friend and just started cycling. I needed to know the basics so I looked up bike shops in Camarillo. Bill's was just down the street from me so I rode in to ask some questions and have an expert look at my bike. Mark was instantly welcoming and friendly. I didn't know what questions to ask, being a beginner cyclist and all. Mark was respectful and super knowledgable and shared some of his wisdom so I could understand. He looked over my newly acquired bike and geared me up with the essential riding tools and accessories without breaking my budget.

Bought my wife an expensive ($3000) mountain bike last December. Rear shock stopped working like it should and went back last week to have the shock fixed under warranty. (Only 10 months sice purchase). The owner refused to have the shock returned for warranty service at no cost to him. Don't know why, but he just would not. (I would have paid for shipping if that was an issue for him).
When I bought the bike last year, they also sold it to me with a chunk of paint missing from the frame. They probably dropped a tool or something and then touched it up with matching touch up paint. Not

I had been going there for years for bike parts , tires , and the like. I had been a long time customer since I was little, when I bought a mongoose scooter there . For some reason, I was treated very poorly the last time I came in. It was like I interrupted some super important bike powwow going on at the bike shop. There was a lot of attitude, needless to say I walked out without buying anything for the first time in 22 years. I won't be walking in again.

I am happy with their service. (I have been here once before, 2 years ago for my son's BMX).
Yesterday my son needed his mountain bike fixed so he took it to another bike shop next to Blockbuster on Arniel Road, they quoted him 60 plus dollars for the repair, plus they put my son's bike down, telling my son he needed a new bike and was better off going that route. Whatever!!! So my son remembered Bill's, so he took his business to Bills. They quoted him 30 dlls for the same repair! Very Awesome! They were friendly and courteous. I dont think we'll go anywhere else again.

It's okay.

Been there a few times for tires, tubes, and the like. The hours aren't particularly convenient (I think they open at 10 am on weekdays), but what really puts me off is the lack of friendliness. I go out of my way to be chatty and friendly when patronizing small/independent businesses. To the older gentleman working there (I assume he's the owner/"Bill"), If you don't want me buying your tire$ and tube$, I can take my $ elsewhere.
