Very cold and unfriendly interaction with the employees that addressed me, they lacked empathy and affinity.
Client: "Do you sell bike lights?"
Employee: "Yes, they are in the front, (without even looking at me, but to the wheel he was holding)."
Client: "Right or left?
Employee: "Right front (still not looking at me)."
The place is big, so I had to search for the location. Then another employee came to help me within minutes and that was good, until the person gave me an cold disinterested attitude. No smile, no welcome, no, "How can I help you?"
The other time I went in, nobody came to

Normally this shop is awesome, over the weekend was a different story.
We Came in Saturday looking to purchase 3 bikes. We were greeted after about 5 min and were told that all the bikes on the floor were repairs and not for sale. Repeatedly told in a very stern way. Not friendly one bit. My son who is 6 actually found a Trek bike that was his size and was for sale still. We stood there for almost 10 min looking at it and trying to get attention of 2 not busy employees. With no success we walked out and I l said I will not be back to this store. We left and drove to Trek in porter ranch where

A great bike shop experience! I was in town for a week and noticed some issues with my chain and sprocket during one of my rides. Although I've been riding for years, I'm a complete noob when it comes to working on the drivetrain and prefer to leave that to the professionals. I went to All Pro Bike Shop and couldn't have left happier. It was a fairly quick fix, but she was so helpful and even offered knowledge on which parts I might want to think about replacing in the future. I was also looking for orange accessories (which are so difficult to find) for my dad and she guided me towards a few brands

Went in late yesterday afternoon as a total newbie to the world of MTB. Sometimes you walk into a store for the first time and know immediately you are in the right place and Gina made me feel that way immediately! She was polite, informative and honest. I am very excited for the new wheels to arrive and take up a new hobby!

I feel like i get treated like a celebrity at All Pro, and I am definitely not "all pro"! Gina, Madison and Dave have been great to me and to my bikes. I have a nice road bike and a great mountain bike, and Madison always makes sure I am properly outfitted and serviced with brakes, tires and nutrition to keep going on my longest days! Very thankful for this great shop!

Literally one of my favorite stores. I love hiking and camping and this store has everything you need. I normally get a lot on sale to save some money. If you sign up for their $20 membership there are a lot of perks. I also got fitted here for running shoes and I loved how hands on the store associates are. They were very informative and I love my Brooks.

Super friendly, patient, professional, and knowledgeable staff! This is my go-to bike shop while I'm in Simi Valley. I have purchased a Trek KRX bike around 2016 here and no problems so far. They also took the time to show me how to put my bike on a car rack that attaches to my trunk. 10/10 would recommend.

Outstanding service - i took by 20 year old GT in for new tubes and 2 new tires. Madison helped me and did a great job, completed in 15 minutes while I waited. The best service @ bike shop I have ever received; Madison was thorough, efficient, and Complete; I couldn't ask for a better job. Thank you Madison.

At first my granddaughter was apprehensive about being fitted for a helmet. She quickly decided she wanted a pink helmet, but she wouldn't let the guy at the store size one up for her. So the young man called his mom, who also worked there - possibly the owners, I'm not sure as this was my first time in the shop - and sure enough "mom" was able to gain my granddaughter's trust and after trying several pink and purple helmets, we found the perfect one to fit my granddaughter's little noggin. THANK YOU so much for your patients with her. When she's ready to upgrade

Seriously tho, I got a flat recently and needed to fix it quick. I called them up and was pleasantly surprised that they were open, especially in a time like this. 30 min later, I arrived to the shop and was kinda taken back by their repair station. Absolutely LEGIT!
They took only 20 min to fix! Perfection!!
Total cost was $40
$23 for a new tire
$8 for a tube replacement
$5 for labor
It can't get better than that!

Went in today to get some inter tubes . I was not greeted but just asked what I needed. The way the gentleman asked seemed as if I was bothering him or if I wasn't supposed to be there. I only went here because I just moved to the area and wanted to try a new spot. I'll stick to my regular spot in the valley.

If I could give 100 stars I would. My husband and I were looking into getting some mountain bikes and we had done a lot of online research but I am more of a tactile person and wanted to see the bikes in person. We had read that a shop in Westlake was great but when we went there to guy was condescending and I absolutely felt uncomfortable there! Then my husband said let's try this shop in Simi Valley and I was discouraged but said, "sure". And I am so glad that we did.

Gina hooked me up with the perfect bike! It was only a little bit more than the knock off brands I was looking at online. Gina made sure the bike was a perfect fit for me! I was so nervous about going in as I haven't rode a bike in so long. They made me feel really welcome. The best part is that we get free tuneups and warranty on the frame-- can't beat that! Holy smokes! Top-notch service. I realized while preparing my daughters bike for camping that there was a problem with the valve stem. We were set to leave within the hour. Madison at all Pro bikes in Simi Valley dropped everything and installed a new tube. She got me out the door within 10 minutes and I was back on the road. Not only did she do it quick but the price tag was awesome. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend and return to this establishment in the future. Cheers.

Awesome experience, can't recommend All Pro enough. I've been wanting the warm inviting bicycle shop and I've found it.
They spent the time to answer all my questions no matter how basic they seemed. They even ran through trails and riding meet ups with me.
Couldn't be happier with my purchase and can't wait to get my new bike dirty.

Super helpful team over there. Went in because I bought a used bike and needed it to get a thorough look over before I hit the road for long rides. They gave me a quick consultation on what they'll do and a expected price range. The turn around time was way better than any other shop around. At the end they gave me a call letting me know it was done. I came in and they went over everything the did, adjustments, parts replaced, etc. I noticed they even redid my grip tape because it was sliding over time.

Well, just got back from my third ride in less than a week and I still can't seem to get this grin of my face. I love my new Trek Domane, with its red paint and big tires. Who knew that big tires could be so fast and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, the entire purchasing experience at All Pro Bikes was just that. The bike was set up exactly the way I wanted it. I've paid big money for bike fits in the past with lots of gadgets. When Gina pulled out her wooden measuring devices I thought I was going to spend more money someplace else for a proper fit. Was on my way to a job interview and got a flat tire. went to the nearest bike shop and the Owner was nice enough to help me out and fixed my tire knowing that i had no money on me. He said i can pay him back when I’m able to. It’s very rare for me to see good people these days. Dave the owner is truly a good person! Thanks to him i got the job! I’ll be there soon to pay him back! I highly recommend this bicycle shop to anybody hands-down! Huge selection of bikes and accessories also!
