What can I say except, extremely impressed! Was visiting the area from out of state and stopped by the shop on a ride as I was having some brake issues. Unfortunately due to a holiday the shop appeared to be closed. As I struggled in the parking lot to fix my situation, one of the mechanics came out from the store and offered to help me out. The store was closed but they noticed I was in need of help and came out to see what they could do. Within two minutes my issue was resolved and I was back on my way. Recently bought a StumpJumper 29er. It was a big jump in technology vs. my former 26er. The team at the Hub was outstanding at every step in the process. Technology evolved a lot since I bought my 26er, and they did a great job orienting me to my new ride.

I called to ask if y'all had clip shoes in stock and you did. When I arrived, Jacob kindly helped me get the right shoes and clips that I needed. I have a simple one speed beach cruiser that needed a tuneup. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. After taking a look at it and me telling them what I wanted and needed, they quoted me a price and told me when it would be ready. It was ready a few days early. I went to pick it up and Nick helped me. He knew I was a nervous rider. He made sure I was completely comfortable with all of the adjustments as well as the extras I had added.
Nick stayed with me for quite sometime as I became familiar with the bike.

I'm supper happy with the service I got at The Hub. I ordered a bike online and picked it up easy as can be. The guys at the shop were helpful and friendly.
I also bought a rear rack for the bike and didn't realize until I got home that the manufacturer had left out 3 screws needed to attach the rack. I called The Hub to let them know and Jacob went the extra mile to find the exact right screws and mailed them to me. That's great customer service!

This is an updated review. Few weeks ago, I had rated 2 stars because this is a bike shop I'd been coming to and this time, the guy who answered my call assumed that I was referring to an electric scooter assembly request when I said "scooter" and wouldn't listen to my words. But, the owner called me right away and wanted to make it right. And he did so much more than that. He gave me one of the best customer service and I was very grateful! Jeff was patient, caring and a great owner. If you need help, this is the shop!

They did an awesome job tuning up and repairing my Specialized road bike. Came back squeaky clean and fixed the issue I was having with my gears shifting, screeching brakes and upgraded the firm ware without me even asking. Staff was all very nice informative and thorough. They did such great job on my road bike, I brought my mountain bike in a few days later as well for a tune up. Bike was new, but was having shifting issues that the shop who sold it to me either couldn't or just didn't fix. I didn't even have to tell them what issues I was having, it just came back perfect. Thinking to upgrade my Sirrus X 4.0 to the carbon X 5.0 and The Hub Bike Shop was the first around town to get one in. Since I had given them my contact info earlier, Jacob called to let me know they received a blue one in my size. Unfortunately it was not the orange I wanted so I didn’t pull the trigger. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and if you’re in the area, go to this bike shop!

I got my bike during the pandemic to stay active. Brandon and Nicky helped talk me through what bike would be best for the type of riding I was planning on doing. We ended up on the Diverge Sport Carbon. The post sale tune ups and service I've received has been nothing short of exceptional in terms of speed and cost. There's a reason I keep recommending people get their bikes from The Hub.

My experience with The Hub was wonderful, an A+. Brandon was super awesome to work with and helped me get my Specialized Enduro Expert. He was super knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to buy like the other shops I visited. I knew what I wanted to buy, but it normally takes me a while to finally commit. Brandon’s patient demeanor allowed me to try out the bike and think about it for a few days until I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger. I was unsure about the size, but Quinn’s insight was also helpful in committing to going with this one, as he currently owns the same bike. Overall

This bike shop and all people I dealt with here went above and beyond in my recent bike purchase. I picked up my high end road bike at the beginning of October and was thrilled with it - the Specialized SL7 Expert. It was the best and most fun bike that I had ridden. I was just waiting for the carbon rimmed wheels I was upgrading with. Unfortunately I had a crash at the end of the month and damaged the frame. Jeff and his employees worked with Specialized and I was able to get a very nice arrangement under warranty to replace the frame. A week ago I received the bike back with the new wheels as

With all gyms closing due to COVID-19, I thought it was time to do some additional cycling. I have an Allez which is in good shape but, I wanted to get my Rockhopper tuned up. Dropped off the bike on Friday afternoon, addressed a few issues I felt needed to be corrected.
Received a call on Monday afternoon that my bike was ready for pick-up. Made arrangements to pick-up my Rockhopper on Tuesday and it was in excellent condition. In addition to the Annual Tune-up, they also replaced the chain and replaced the cable for one of my shifters.

These guys must be killing it!! They're Specialized dealer so really nice bikes at a serious premium. They're killing not because they have great bikes or great service. It's actually the opposite. They're apparently succeeding in spite of themselves.
Myself and my friends are actually 0/3 here. Super arrogant and frankly not all that knowledgeable compared to their posture. Three times now and every time leaving feeling like I was an annoyance . I've never been to a bike shop that has excelled so well in being off-putting.
