I started MadJack Racing after I discovered my passion for off-road riding, and motorcycles. I've wanted to be a pro-mechanic since I was a kid, and working on bikes has been a dream come true for me. Tri County Fairground We rolled out of the shop early on Thursday, and headed north -- eventually following.
How it's done matters - from washing your bike, to greasing wheel bearings, it's all about the process. That's what sets us apart from other shops, our team takes the time to identify and address every detail to ensure your bike is functioning at peak performance. Jack oversees everything that comes through MJR's doors.

Jack is a consummate professional which is a rarity in this sector of the business. Service is a tough component of the sport with many different types of personalities to deal with. Jack cares about what he does for a living and it shows throughout his processes and with his customers. He keeps a clean and orderly shop which is always a sign of someone who cares about his craft. Highly recommended.

I was referred to this company by one of his competitors. I called him and told him I had a 2013 that would not start. After driving 45 minutes out there to drop off the bike .He instantly began to badmouth the competitor who sent me there. As well as others that I respect very much! When he looked at my bike he started nitpicking it apart . I don’t care about the plastics. I told him I wasn’t concerned about the chain or the sprockets. Just wanted to get it started and running. I suggested after speaking with him for a long period of time that it might’ve been the valves needing adjustment

My KTM 890 was in need of some essential repairs and modifications before a 7 day trip out to the Death Valley and Nevada backcountry. Madjack got my bike running better than ever and I had zero issues throughout the 7 days of putting the bike through the ringer. This is the 3rd KTM that I've had them work on, and I will continue to trust them with my bikes.

I have been using Jack for over six years. He has worked on 3 different bikes for me and has done excellent work on each one. I work for parts and service at an exotic car dealer, so I know when I see a skilled mechanic. I never have had to worry about my bike on a race day. During 50 practice and race days last year, I never once had a single problem with my bike. He goes above and beyond to cover every detail so all I have to do at the track is concentrate on riding. Absolutely the best shop I have worked with, hands down.

This used to be a great shop. Great communication, easy to deal with, reasonably priced with discounts. Something must have happened in 2020 but I had them do a tire change on a 501 and 450 and install a replacement Tubelis on a front tire. When it was done, they told me $910, I paid but asked for a detailed invoice to be sent to me - never received it and have since been ignored.
I would highly recommend avoiding them since 2020

Absolutely terrible, brought my Kx over to mad jack racing. Bike was running fine since I had it serviced at Thousand Oaks Powersports. Bring it over to Mad Jack, and he makes me pay the full 1100 dollars for the suspension work. Tells me it'll be done in 2 weeks. Dropped the bike off the week of Christmas. Got the bike just last night. Kick started the bike, the bike wouldn't run. I try to kick it over with the choke on. Engine wouldn't start. Bump start, still wouldnt start. I’ve been to madjack for 4 years almost 5 now. He’s done great work. If there was ever a problem with the bike he would always take it in. The quality of his work is awesome. But I’ve been waiting on my bike for probably about 5 months almost now. Pro prep level is definitely top notch. As for turn around time right now. It’s more like amateur lately. I’d recommend him for his awesome work. But not his turn around time on bikes.

What a great shop! Id crashed, bent my forks, and tore up handle bars. Got a flat too. Called Mad Jack, this guy is Mad! Just fired up Mad!
Needed pick up and a 5 day turn around. Jack personally came to the house and loaded bike, that was 9p.m. Everything was perfect.
Oh yeah, he delivered the bike in 4 days! Ready to ride! Even gave me a decal.

While Getting ready for a big ride I had some issues with a different parts company getting the product to me on time. I did a little searching on the internet and saw a few people post that they had had positive experiences with mad Jack. Mine has been the same, he went out of his way to make sure that I would have what I needed, it wasn't convenient for him but he did it anyway. These are the kind of guys that make this sport awesome.

Can’t speak for their work but mad jack won’t be getting any of my business. They claim to do free bike pick ups and deliveries. I was about to leave for vacation and called them up to try and schedule a pickup so my bike could be picked up and then worked on while I was gone. I was told I would be contacted shortly to setup an appointment, that never happened. I went on vacation, came back and tried again. I live in SD which is obviously quite far from moorpark. I work in Long Beach and hauled my bike and a friends bike to Long Beach for them to pick up. I was told on 2 separate occasions

Got tired of going to the dealer kept on getting ripped off!! Race prep program spot on!! Great services in a timely manner! Will pick up and deliver to your home! Great trackside support when At Grand Prix's ,motocross, and desert races. Also involved in dual sport rides and bike prep and ride support!! They even have a program that they will tear your bike down completely and rebuild it! All freshened up and ready for either racing or just fun riding!

Let me just say the service and communication is great. I dropped my dirty bike off after taking my daughter for a ride, on a Saturday, for some freshening up after it turned 100 hours. Bike had a horrible decel pop and just didn't always seem the same. Jack and his crew not only tuned the bike but also took care of all the other odd things it needed. Once finished the brought the bike back to me all the way in Corona by Friday so I could ride on the weekend. They kept me well informed all week on the status of the bike.
